I'm colorblind and hang all my ties over my suits and shirts so that I know what matches - so it's really convenient for me to be able to go into my closet and easily see all of my suits, shirts, and ties "looking at me" so that I can easily pick what I'm going to wear that day. I started working with Dublin Cleaners and the first shirts that came back were hung the opposite way - so that when I hung my clothes in the closet, all the shirts and suits "faced away" from me. It sounds pretty stupid as I write it down here, but I called in and asked someone if they could switch them around, but I was told that it wasn't possible. The machine apparently is built to put the hangars in the shirts with the hook facing right, so that was that. Again, it sounds dumb, but this was a deal breaker for me, especially considering the fact that I knew that the other company I'd previously worked with had already done a great job put the hangars on the clothes the way I liked them. Unfortunately they weren't local, but I ended up going back to them anyway... for a good 3 years. Then one day, Lonnie (the driver who comes through our area) saw me outside and stopped to talk. This was actually the second time he'd stopped me and he'd actually come to visit our home, knocked on the door, and spoke to my wife in the past as well. We got to talking about my little "first world problem" with the hangars and I explained that I was really happy with the other company I was working with, that they hadn't done anything wrong, and that having the clothes on the hangar in this particular manner was a deal breaker for me - and that I'd already tried to work with Dublin Clears before and was told they couldn't do it. To my surprise, Lonnie persisted and made it happen. I've been a happy customer ever since!

I dropped off a jumpsuit on 10/2/2023 for a wedding I was going to on 10/7/2023. The ticket gave me a completed promise time of 10/6/2023 at 5pm. I go back to pick up my garment on 10/6/2023 and was told it's still being worked on and won't be finished until 10/9/2023, which is after the wedding. I was told by the front that it was still being cleaned at the corporate location and I could go there to pick it up since they would expedite it. 20 minutes later, I get a call saying they wouldn't have it ready. Fast forward to 10/9/2023, I called to store to see if it was completed. I was told it wasn't and that "they don't know" when it'll be done.. then they admit that the garment is lost. The front desk person gave no type of apology and just wanted to defend vs. listen to the issue of being given 2 different promise times that haven't been accurate. At this point, I requested to speak with management and voiced my concerns. I was told this would be investigated for them to find my garment and that they would reimburse me if they can't find it. I get a call for follow up from them saying that they're still watching the tapes. A week after that, I reach out since I haven't heard anything. I spoke with management again, who said they'll send a check to reimburse my garment since they still cannot locate where it went. I gave them my information to complete this process and was told I should receive my refund in another week. It's been two weeks and I still haven't received anything. I've called to management twice last week and was only able to leave a voicemail, still haven't received any type of follow up. I called and spoke with someone over the weekend, who said they'll refer my message to management so we'll see if it happens..

Been a client of Liberty Cleaners for over five years and had previously only had one issue (lost…read moreshirt 2-3 yrs ago) which I ignored as 'things happen'. Liberty claimed they miscounted. However, this month, i dropped my shirts off weekly and went to pick up, when i noticed my new White Ralph Lauren Polo Dress Shirt had been severely damaged. Multiple huge stains across the front. I immediately called it out and asked them to fix their issue. Didnt hear from anyone, so visited. They were too busy (Personnel issues) to talk about it; but they asked for another week, which i gladly gave them -thinking they were really working resolution. Then I received a call that stated "They didnt cause the stain" and they were unable to get it out. I went to pick up the shirt and noticed the shirt was torn/damaged where the stain was. Now they said they cant fix it. I told them they needed to replace it. They would not. After a few more days, they offered $30 and had tossed my $80 shirt. I took the $30, glad to get anything toward a new shirt, and will not return. It was a terrible experience and now i can't trust them with my clothes. I would not trust them with your clothes.

They came and picked up my items and replaced the zippers, and also dropped them back off at my house. My mind is blown by how much they really do care, and my items that I received back are perfect. 1000% I will be back Old review: I don't recommend this place. I have come here for a good while now, and I think the quality is mediocre at best. I have paid for multiple zippers to be replaced, and they charged me for this but didn't do the work, and this was on multiple items.

I walked in at 5:30(new sign on door says open till 6pm). the older woman was shaking her head no. I asked if there was a problem, she said, "well I close in 10 min". I apologized and said I was just there to drop a load off. She kept shaking her head no and had a very poor attitude; I told if it was that big of a problem, just never mind.
