CampMart RV - This is the damage I was inquiring about to be repaired.

I am not 100% sure these guys are a 4* (maybe 3.5), but they don't have a ton of competition…read more However, they are a rare gem in that their entire product line is for camping trailers, in Canada, where the season is way too short imho. Also, you have to know your prices, and don't be afraid to shop around to compare. Case in point: we were looking at a bike rack that they are charging $400.00 for. I said no initially as I thought that was high. Doing the research proved that the price was actually right on par. In the end, we did not go back to get it as it does not suit our particular set up. They offered a carpet for outside the tent for $109.00, but I found one (surprisingly at Canadian Tire!) on sale for less than half that price. Having said that, we have been there a couple of times for parts, which these guys excellent at. A shower head to replace a broken one, and a door gripper to hold the outside door open. Great! These were very helpful. Incidentally, we almost walked out without the shower head as it came with an entire kit for about $35.00, but when we passed the cash, they had just the head for much less money. What can I say? Happy campers!!

Made the mistake of buying a trailer here. The promotion at the time was the "pull it in, drag it…read morein"event where the tell you that you will get 10 000$ whether you pull it in or drag it in. on paper, maybe this is the case but then they will pressure you into buying there 7500$ warranty and 2500$ clean slate and won't make the trade in deal unless you do. They will use high pressure tactics and not give you any prices until you sit down with 3 of them. When we went to use our trailer for the first time, we would have water for a couple minutes and then pump would shut off and we wouldn't have water for about 15 minutes. When I called them to collect on the warranty, they told me I'd have to drive it back to dealership, leave it there so they could diagnose and maybe get parts and then come back and get it later on. I informed them that I was an hour away and didn't think I should have to spend 4 hours of my time and money after buying a 50 000$ camper that never worked right from the start and that they should send somebody to us. They refused so I paid a plumber 200$ to come and diagnose and fix the problem. I still haven't heard from campmart to resolve the issue as they have my money and don't seem too concerned about it

Our RV Canada…read moreWildwood Grand Lodge was in sorry need of warranty work but the big surprise is no luck even getting an appointment. I've called three times and just gave up, probably what they want. What a disgusting way for a company to operate. The trailer itself is complete garbage. Everything we touch falls apart. Window and door trims droop to the ground. The kitchen faucet flew apart and drenched the kitchen and contents. The drawers have started to literally fall apart. I could go on and on. Be warned everyone, stay away from this failing excuse for customer service AND the brand mentioned. 70k plus dollars....poof gone without a hope in hell of recovering even half of it. I am the sort of person that has not the guts to sell this piece of crap without first warning a potential admirer.

DO NOT EVER BUY AN RV FROM RV CANADA! Like everyone else has mentioned here their customer service…read moreis absolutely horrible. It took us almost 2 years after purchasing to even get our RV looked at. We purchased at the end of season 2023. We noticed immediately the first time we drove it that the siding was flopping on one side. We called. They told us no problem. It's covered under your warranty when you bring it in we'll fix it. The following season, we noticed that the rubber seal around the slide was ripped. We contacted them again and advised of this issue. Again we were told don't worry it's under your warranty when you bring it in. Keep in mind that every time we try to call and advise of these issues it takes us several weeks to get a hold of anybody! So we just brought the RV in last month finally! They emailed us to advise that the slide was not installed correctly. It's installed too much to the right therefore it's rubbing on the rubber seal. They said it's not covered under warranty!? then they said that they checked the siding and that it appears that from the manufacturer it's missing staples in siding. However, in order for them to fix that they have to take apart some of the siding. This also apparently is not covered under warranty!? So how do I end up paying almost $80,000 for a Jayco trailer that has nothing covered under said warranty? Oh and this would be the part about how their financing is an absolute SCAM!! Also, why would you keep telling me every time I called that these issues will be covered under my warranty and then I bring it in and you charge me $400 for the service call only to tell me that nothing is covered under my warranty?? DID I INSTALL THE SIDING? NO! DID I INSTALL THE SLIDE? NO! SO HOW THE HELL IS IT NOT COVERED BY THE MANUFACTURER??? My advice is STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!
