Our dinner tonight was a positive experience based mainly on the view and service. The food was fine but not notably. We had lobster pasta, mac and cheese, and a large Cesar salad. Come for the view! Staff was great and attentive. I tried my wifes NY Strip ( they still call it New York ) and it was perfect. My son had the Wagyu Flat Iron, it was his birthday, and it was amazing. No more Tito's at the bar (us import crying ) but i was able to find 1 stocked Napa Cab to go with the meal. I really enjoyed this restaurant. The staff were nice & knowledgeable. The view of the falls added a great touch. We were able to view the fireworks as well. Once that's done, the staff put on a show which my girls enjoyed. It was a great experience. The seafood on the seafood platter was fresh. Drinks were great. Lobster Mac didn't disappoint. A complete rip off and worst decision to replace the keg with this restaurant. Definitely nothing close to the standard of downtown Toronto, this niagara falls location is a huge dissapointment. Although service is fine, the food and prices are INSANE! NOT WORTH IT ONE BIT!!! Went here for my birthday and left so dissapointed. Didn't even get a dessert saying happy birthday where I was always guaranteed a free bill miner with the keg! Food is on par with east side mario's or probably worse and prices are just ridiculous. We got a burger (was so dry and tasteless) and the ridiculously priced lobster linguine which tasted like it was made from canned sauce! Calamari was so dry and the pieces are so tiny and overdone (clearly a batch just sitting there and served to us probably hours later). Very dissapointed and will never be returning. Unfortunately having the keg there made our yearly stay at the embassy suites in niagara so much better but now that will change! read more

Upon making our reservation, I didn't realize the steaks don't come with anything like their entrees do. So we got steaks and ordered a mac n cheese to share. The complimentary bread was good, and while my drink was good I couldn't tell it had any alcohol. I ordered the 10oz ribeye medium well and got it medium rare. I ate maybe 3oz and couldn't do it. My husband got the 6oz filet which I wish I had gotten. Mom got the braise beef ribs and while she said she liked it - she barely ate any. For the price, you're paying for the view and not the food. This location was surprisingly good. The atmosphere was inviting with a great view of the Falls. There was so much space and it was decorated very nice. They kicked it off with a delish pull-apart sourdough bread, topped with blue-cheese butter and served with chive olive oil for dipping. For my main I ordered the Lobster Linguine which was a decent portion size. There was an abundance of lobster meat, I would've loved a bit more pasta added but I still had leftovers. I'm visiting from Chicago and came to Niagara Falls with my family. We made a reservation at STK inside the Embassy Suites for 7:45 PM, specifically requesting a table with a Falls view. Not only did they not honor our reservation, but they told us to wait 45 minutes. We ended up waiting until 10:00 PM, and they kept saying they couldn't seat us because the people at those tables "still hadn't left." The manager, Sam, was extremely rude and unprofessional. I've seen mixed reviews about this place. I dined in last night with a family of 6. Our table ordered 2 Half Roasted chickens, The Salmon, Prime Rib and Lamb Racks. I will say it took at least 45 min to get our food but one it arrived it was hot and delicious. Very much worth the wait. The overall price was comparable to any fine dining restaurant. The Ambience was definitely top tier from the lighting to the music. Chris was our Server and I could see that he wears many hats at this location but he was very attentive and pleasant to have. 100% an amazing experience! Our server was very welcoming and inviting and made sure we had the best food on the table based on our preferences. All of our orders were good but my favourite would be the sea bass. The prime rib steak was perfectly done just how i like it - medium rare. I also ordered wine and our server recommended that I get the malbec and now I can say that I have a new favourite red wine :) You have the view of the falls from the restaurant which makes it a more memorable experience! We really looking forward to our dinner date at STK. The remodeling of the Keg restaurant was nice, same layout, fresh paint and flowers. The hostess was friendly and nice as was the waitress. So I thought this is going to be great. Boy was I wrong We ordered drinks, a bit pricey but they were good. The wine menu was way over priced, so we didn't order a bottle The food. Appetizer: calamari, over cooked, too crispy, small portion. The sauces were the highlight. We both ordered steaks. I'm so mad I didn't send mine back. I ordered the ribeye medium, it was medium on the inside and burnt, really burnt on the outside. The side dishes were not memorable. One more thing, not a fan of loud disco music while I'm have a romantic date with my husband. Although i hate to pull the race card, I'm going to all this review dining while black. The worst experience ever. Ruined my entire trip. My daughter flew me in from Memphis, Tennessee and made a reservation for us to celebrate my birthday. We asked if there was a window table available as requested on the reservation. The host stated that there would be a long wait because all the window tables were occupied, some were just seated. We chose to wait. After waiting, he offered us a different table. as we were seated, there were 2 window tables becoming available as 2 couples were about to leaving.The server asked a different host to come over so I could ask if we could be switched. She said allow her to get it cleaned, but to wait up front. Samantha, the manager, was so rude and ugly to us. She asked "How can I help you?" I said I'm waiting on the window table to be cleaned. She said with attitude, "There are other people that are waiting for a window table that had reservations before you. I asked If she knew my name? She said no. I asked well how do you know my reservation time or how long I've waited? She deflected, she cut me off, didn't listen, and said to me that i'll have to put you back in the que behind the "other people", because they were waiting. As i tried asking her again the same questions, she cut me off again. I said you know as a manager, i'm disappointed in your lack of customer service. You're being very unprofessional. At the least, I expected you to listen to me as a customer, and try to come up with a resolution. You didn't apologize, address my concern, nor try to accommodate me. she said well if I apologize to you, I'll have to apologize to the other people waiting. Again, not knowing how long I had waited. She finally asked for my name, but never checked to see how long i waited, nor my reservation time. She said it's by reservation time. The initial host said that it's first come first serve by check in time, not reservation time. According to Samantha, well he's (the host) only 15 and she will have to talk to him about saying that. Very condescending. My reservation and arrival time was before the said "other people" by the way. There were 4 couples waiting and she said she'd put me behind them, including anyone that checks in while we were talking. That was absurd & unacceptable! I asked for the general manager. She gave me the name Sarah but that she was not in. I chose to not dine and spend my money where my business was not appreciated. At that point it was about the treatment not the table. This was my first time visiting STK Steakhouse and I was very pleased with everything! The food, the ambiance and the quickness of being seated were all great. I am writing this review to commend the excellent service provided by our waitress Eva. She was the nicest person I've encountered in a long time. Because we were not from the area and were not used to the snowfall we encountered, Eva took the time out to give us great travel advice and made us feel so welcomed. To all future Customers that are thinking about dinning at this place. My family and I attended STK for a New Years Celebration 2025 last night. The atmosphere was very CLUBY, as the lightening was extremely dark. For the price of the meal and drinks/service I would rate this place a ONE out of ten. For the price of a $125.00 steak and $30. small apps, it is definitely NOT WORTH the service quantity or quality. Our food was completely burnt, the waitress forgot to bring our side orders we ordered, and after are steaks arrived not to our liking, a second order was brought to our table which we sent back not to be charged as we were not happy with the food. For a party of 5 people our bill would have been with a bottle of wine around $700.00 CDN PLUS!! The manager Christine was spoken to and agreed this is unacceptable for a dinning experience for the price one pays. The Keg restaurant was bought out by STK which is now catered for clients that don't care about price or quality of the food. The prices are NOT shown on there menu as the cheapest regular steak will run you from $90.00 to a porterhouse steak costing $264.00 and higher!!! This establishment is not a Michelin award or distinction restaurant. We have dinned in very exclusive fine dinning restaurants, with exceptional service food and wines, but can seriously WARN those of you who wish to attend this restaurant, you will be very disappointed with the way business is conducted at STK restaurant. read more
