The waiter really changed this from a 3 to a 4. He was really attentive and just overwhelmingly nice. We got the spring meal for 2 and it was pretty good. I got the wedge salad and loved the blue cheese dressing. My wife had the lobster bisque and thought it was good but would have rather had the salad. She had the filet with the loaded baked potato and I had the salmon. The salmon was nice and crispy on top and the baked potato was great. The steak wasn't the most tender but it was ok flavor wise. We finished up with the creme brûlée and they let us take a bottle of wine back to the hotel since we didn't drink it there. Restaurant itself was classy, a pretty typical fancy steak house vibe. View from the window was really nice.

A great dining experience due to several factors. First was our server Lynda, that treated us like family. Very personable and helpful with suggestions on and off the menu. Second was the awesome bartender, Amanda who poured the perfect martinis and did it all with a big smile. Next there was the food and the atmosphere that were excellent. And finally, Romina the manager who came by to make sure everything was to our liking. She was very personable and professional

July 2025: My husband and I were staying at Embassy Suites in Niagara Falls, Ontario. We wanted steak for dinner and saw near the hotel was a Morton's. We are big fans of Morton's and have been to the location in Schaumburg, IL multiple times. We booked a reservation for 6PM on a Monday night, and paid the extra $30 ($15/person) for the Niagara Falls view. We didn't realize until we looked at the menu that this Morton's is the Morton's Grill and it's not the same as Morton's Steakhouse. It's more casual with less menu options but the same Morton's upscale pricing. My husband's overall review of this location is that it was like a Chili's but with Morton Steakhouse pricing. We were both disappointed in the food and the drinks. This location did not, in his opinion, live up to the Morton's "standard" in any way except for the price. We would not dine here again. One positive thing about this location is the view was beautiful except there was a tree blocking part of our view of the Falls. lol. And my husband also found it obnoxious that we had to pay for the view.

My mom and I dined here last night for a combination birthday/bucket list trip. I made a 7:35pm reservation about a month before and purchased a fallsview table by the window to make sure we had premium seating for sunset and the start of the lights on the Falls. Everything was exactly as I had hoped! A few notes to be aware of, because my mom is a little mobility impaired I had rented a car and dropped her off at the door. Valet parking for the hotel was $65 (canadian) which I thought was a little ridiculous for a two hour dinner, but I was able to find street parking about one block away. It wasn't super convenient, but it worked for us. Second thing to be aware of is that the main door with the big awning was not open and when someone answered her on the speaker, she was directed through the garage. About 15 minutes later when I entered, I did not have a problem coming in through the main doors, but this is just something to be aware of if your party is splitting up while someone parks. Now the GREAT stuff. Our table was perfectly situated looking over the Falls. And they had a dinner special that was $209 (canadian) for a dinner for two people. It included two appetizers, two main courses, a bottle of wine, and a shared dessert. It was beyond delicious and more food than we could eat. We took up home to have lunch the next day! We started with a bottle of local Merlot, and then each ordered appetizers. My mom went for the French Onion Soup and I went for the wedge salad. We split both and agreed they were equally delicious. For entree, my mom had a perfectly cooked filet mignon (with potato) and I ordered the roasted brick chicken, which came with broccolini and a baked potato. We also had the crème brûlée for dessert. Which we were too full to eat much of, to be honest. Because it was my birthday, our waitress, Lisa, was so sweet and took a picture of us which she delivered to the table and it could not have made the night more special. We also were able to get some really cool pictures out of the windows of the Falls changing colors. We were there for 2 hours and did not feel in the least bit rushed, but celebrated! We also did the math and if we'd ordered a la carte, our meal would've been nearly double. It was definitely a dinner to remember, and it could not have been made more special by the incredible service staff and the entire team at Morton's. Thank you for an unforgettable night!!

Went here for Happy Hour first night at Marriot Fallsview Hotel & Spa and it was amazing! Staff were very attentive. View of the Falls was breathtaking. For drinks we had a few Cosmopolitans and Old Fashions. Food wise we tried just about everything on the menu. We had the wedge salad, Margherita Flatbread, Filet Mignon sliders, and Smoked Gouda Tater Bites Everything was tasty and shareable in size. Very lively place definitely make a reservation for dinner! Happy hour seating is at the bar and high top tables only.

Food: 5* Service: 5* Ambiance: 4* Price: 3* Value for money: 4* This is our third time here. It has become a tradition. The food is consistently great, matched by its excellent service. We had the tomahawk pork chop which was juicy, perfectly seasoned and perfectly cooked. The 8 ounce New York steak which was fantastic, juicy, tender, and well seasoned. The asparagus was great, crisp tender and delicious. The wedge was plenty to share and great. The mashed potatoes were creamy, a little chunky, and tasty. We also shared the molten chocolate cake, which was warm and gooey. All in all, this place continuas to be a very solid place to ahoy a very memorable meal.

A lovely convenient steakhouse in the Marriott Fallsview and Spa, you won't go hungry from this rich food experience. It's in the same breakfast/lunch space so don't expect an atmosphere upgrade from your pancake buffet that morning and the edges are a bit frayed. You won't get the supreme falls view due to the foliage but it's still a beautiful view better than most chain steak places. One thing I really appreciated was having mocktails on the menu since I wasn't able to drink. They are very overpriced but delicious and refreshing and nice to feel extra special without alcohol. There are no surprises at Morton's but that also means no real disappointments. I wasn't wowed on anything but there's also plenty of large portions- honestly one nice appetizer and one main dish is plenty for a full meal! Sides are huge and pricy but if you are out with a group may be worth it. I loved the cheesy tater tot balls with bacon, well balanced richness. If you're in Niagara you may want to try something more unique, and this is definitely not a "really fancy" atmosphere place, but service was consistently and easy. We were prompted to leave reviews for a contest and Tawnia is worth a shout out, but I do reviews anywhere.

I loved their breakfast buffet. Good options, good service. Best part is the view of you are a premium guest.

Breathtaking view of Niagara Falls.

The cold continental breakfast had a good selection of foods. The fruit was amazing. Had a good selection of gluten free options as well. Service from MacKenzie was fast and friendly. When you overlook the falls it is hard to beat the ambiance. We were very grateful for the opportunity to eat there.

Lobster Mac and cheese

Tonight, I ordered grill asparagus and the lobster mac and cheese. I have to say, the asparagus was amazing, but lobster mac and cheese dish fell a bit short of expectations. I called the restaurant from my room, and McKenzie, the manager, was both empathetic and professional. She apologized sincerely for the inconvenience and made several thoughtful offers to rectify the issue. Her friendly and accommodating approach really stood out. I genuinely appreciated the way McKenzie handled my call and extended options to ensure I felt taken care of. I was truly impressed with how the situation was handled. That level of service goes a long way. I received a credit for the lobster mac and cheese order and enjoyed the asparagus.

Enjoyed the food and the service, but 8% luxury fee? Just put the prices in the menu. Soured an otherwise enjoyable evening.

You made the visit. Now, when you market yourself as the Original Buffalo Wing, that carries real weight. There's history there. There's pride there. And honestly, there's an expectation that comes with it. If you're going to carry that banner, you have to be better than Buffalo Wild Wings. That's just the reality. The identity of the place is built on being the original. The wings were good. Solid flavor, classic presentation, cold beer, sports on the TVs -- it checks the boxes for a fun wing spot. But were they clearly a step above other national wing chains? Probably not. And that's where the expectation gap shows up. That said, it's still a good place to grab wings and a beer. Bring your buddies, bring your family, bring your girlfriend -- catch a game and hang out. It's casual and comfortable. If you're in Niagara Falls and want to experience the history behind the name, it's worth a stop. Just go in expecting a solid wing-and-beer experience rather than something that completely resets the standard.

We were visiting from California and came to catch the soccer game on a Saturday early evening. The…read morebar wasn't busy when we sat down, which makes the experience below even harder to explain. Service: 1/5. This was a team effort in the worst way. A skinny bald gentleman who appeared to be a manager was dismissive from the start, walking away mid-sentence before we could even order, multiple times, always rushing off only to go stand at the host desk. And when he did bring our drinks, he literally slammed them down on the table. From the person who's supposed to be setting the standard for the staff --seriously? We sat for 15 minutes without anyone taking our order, meanwhile, a table seated after us got their food before we'd even ordered. When we finally flagged down a server with long blonde hair and mentioned the wait, her response was "who gave you your drinks?" - deflection instead of an apology. We also tried waving down a server with dreadlocks, who acted like he didn't hear us and walked away. To be fair, there was one other bald staff member who was genuinely kind and helpful - he was the lone bright spot, and the difference between him and everyone else was night and day. Food: 3.5/5. Credit where it's due - the food was good. Breaded pickles, original buffalo wings, and the habanero dry rub with ranch, which was genuinely good. The Bloody Mary was flavorful and they had Yuengling. About $82 with tip. Ambiance: 2.5/5. Spacious sports bar with TVs everywhere, which works for game day. But there was water leaking from the vents onto the carpet the entire time we were there - that's a maintenance issue, not a vibe. Bottom line: the food holds up, the service doesn't. If you want Anchor Bar wings near the Falls, do takeout -- skip the dine-in experience entirely. Will we come back? No. Would we recommend dining in? No. To management: scroll through these reviews and you'll see service complaints going back a year or more, same issues, same patterns, still unresolved. Whoever has been running this floor has had more than enough time to fix it. Replying to reviews with apologies isn't the same as addressing the problem. Actually retrain the staff, actually hold the floor manager accountable, and actually fix the leaking vents. Until then, this location is coasting on a famous name it didn't earn.

It's not a bad place to go to sit down and relax and they offer a lunch buffet with spaghetti, chicken and salads. I came here to work a little bit and while the service was good, the food (in particular the burger was just A-OK). We started with an order of hot wings which were fairly delicious and the blue cheese that came with it was high quality. On the Buffalo Wing scale, I'd give em a 7/10, which is pretty good. They could have used more crisp, but the wings were saucy and large to be a contender for some more delicious ones. The burger really fell flat. The bun wasn't tasty and could have used some toasting. The meat had no discernible seasoning. The waitress didn't know whether it was cooked from frozen or not when I asked. Although I was asked how I wanted it cooked (med rare, please!), it came out medium well / well and didn't have too much flavor. I'd skip the burger, go for the wings and maybe try a few other things on the menu. All in all, it's an A-OK place to grab lunch if you're on a budget.

I started with their potstickers... They came out with a hard, fried shell and the dipping sauce went nicely with them. Enough to share, or even enough to enjoy and still have room for an entrée. My main dish was their Chicken & Waffle. This isn't some ordinary chicken and waffle, it's definitely an amped up version, made with unique and interesting ingredients, culminating in great flavors! The chicken was so large and very tender - it was amazing! The bacon and sauce on top went with it nicely, and the chive waffle was great with it! Each bite was definitely amazing!
