Most definitely a beautiful, serene place. I wish that I was able to hang around longer than 20 minutes. We came here to take our group photo and The Wharf (3rd stop on the pub crawl). I would like to explore this area more on my next visit. read more

I was hotel guest at neighboring Oceans Edge Resort and we had benefit of eating at this yacht club. Not busy at all at lunch time on a Monday afternoon in October. I had club sandwich with onion rings. Both were good. Very quiet and peaceful place. read more

Beautiful facilities! Brutal & Consistently Poor Service!!! I had heard great things from a few different people & Active Captain about the price & location is great for Key West. I agree that the price is competitive for the area, but not acceptable for the level of consistently poor service we have received. We booked for 2 months and were extremely excited to finally make it here. The facilities are nice and marina is pretty sheltered. My 2 major issues are the staff & the Internet access. In my opinion: The staff is what either makes or breaks a marina! We have stayed at moderately well maintained marinas with exceptional staff and the experience has always been dramatically better than this marina. The other marina staff cares! That is NOT the case at Key West Harbour Yacht Club! At least for the staff at the ship store, club house, as well as the management! The staff (excluding 2 dock hands)! Terrible customer service!!! When we checked in, we expected that they would at least know their own services and facility. The lady said, "I don't know, because I have only worked here 2 months" to most of the questions I had asked and they were basic questions that most marinas proactively tell you about their facilities. Clueless & clearly did not care what so ever! I have heard "I don't know" and "It's corporate that is the problem" more times than I have ever heard it at any other marina! When checking in and going to the Ship Store & Club House - It has been 100% consistent with those two answers! Appalling for a "Yacht Club" or any other business for that matter!! There have been a couple of helpful staff (The deck hands that pump out the boats & assist on the docks), but almost everyone else is not proactive in providing any type of service and to make it even worse, acts like you are bothering them when you ask them a question. I'm flat our tired of it and will not be back! I have many many examples of POOR service, but just a few are what I have already mentioned and things like, I would call ahead and ask for help from a dock hand when coming in with our boat and being told - No - We are too busy... The dogs (and their owners) at this marina are also ridiculous! They are barking a tremendous amount! They are not on leashes (the boat owners that live there permanently just let them jump off their boats and run around)! There wasn't a morning that we walked out to the tiki hut to watch the sunrise, that we didn't have to dodge several piles of dog pee & poop on the docks! Every morning!!! Ridiculous!! The 2nd issue is the Internet: It is terrible!! Once I actually spoke with the "IT Guy" his answers were once again - "I don't know", "It's corporate that is the problem" and also "Maybe next month it will be fixed". Next month came and went! It was fixed! I have been cruising quite a while and understand that most marinas have terrible Internet access, but this is supposed to be a "Yacht Club" and I expected at least moderately acceptable levels of Internet access. When questioned a little deeper, his answer was "Call Com Cast and have them install Internet on your boat", of course at my expense. Once the 'IT Guy" actually came to my boat (since they knew I had IT experience) and asked me to go troubleshoot it for them. I said no problem and I can fix it too! One 2 conditions: 1) I will not fix it for free (He said that they would not pay to have it fixed or even reduce my slip fee's at all.) 2) If it is hardware related, that they will need to purchase some additional hardware to replace it. (He said no! They are not willing to spend any money at all!) Needless to say - I didn't fix their Internet issues for free and pay for the hardware out of my own pocket!!! Ridiculous! One last note / joke! They have just increased their transient monthly rate from by $10.00 per foot / per month! If someone came in and trained this staff properly, replaced the dead weight and invested a little money into their Internet, then this would be an exceptional place to stay. Until that happens, I will not be back!! read more

This place is awful to live at and keep your boat. We have been hit countless times both by employees controlling a boat and other customers. We have not been told once about an incident unless we caught them at it. They have raised the slip fee to a ridiculous $30 a foot with a proposed $35 a foot coming in the next 6 months. On top of that they charge you for the size of the slip not the size of your boat. If they break anything on your boat they force you to use their on site repair service that is through Boat Services. And if you don't want to use them, they charge you a vendor fee for your mechanic and $100 a day for a dry slip to pull you boat. This is highway robbery at its best. read more

Key West Harbour (now Stock Island Resort and Yacht Club) was a dream come true. My husband and I wanted a destination wedding and had our hearts set on the Florida Keys. From day one, as we started looking at and touring venues, Karen Verri was responsive, accommodating, and professional. We ended up deciding on Key West Harbour because of the gorgeous location, amenities, and the privacy they offered. The value that they provided in comparison to other locations nearby was unmatched. Karen was extremely flexible about finding a package that worked for our needs and budget. She provided wonderful recommendations for everything from the decor, timeline, and other vendors. We also wanted to include our dogs in the ceremony. Karen assisted us with this and was more than happy to accommodate our 4 legged children in the wedding. We ended up staying in a suite on site and I can't stress it enough that if you choose to have your wedding here (which you should) that staying on site made the entire experience much less stressful. Their suites and onsite amenities are clean, updated, spacious, and beautiful. Karen was also present the whole day of our wedding and was there to make sure everything went off without any problems and to ensure that myself and the groom were enjoying our day. You can tell that she is both passionate and great at her job. On top of everything else, the food that they served was probably the best food I have ever had at a wedding (their Rib-Eye steak was huge and cooked perfectly, and other guests commented on how great the Mahi Mahi was). We are already planning our trip back! read more

The chef's special on the day was almond encrusted snapper and it was delicious (or so I'm told). The 6 layered carrot cake with homemade whipped cream was worth stuffing myself for. The 4 star is for the prices, but I guess that's expected with the venue. read more

In June 2018, my husband and I started searching various websites for a nice place in or near Key West Florida that would accommodate a get-away for a family group of five that we were planning in early November. We happened upon the Key West Harbour Oceanfront Suites Resort through the HomeAway Homes website where we had successfully found very nice properties from Niagara Falls to Cleveland Ohio. We found Key West Harbour and booked a two bedroom two and a half bath suite with pool and ocean access. We couldn't wait to surprise our family and to experience this beautiful place together come November. The Resort is located on Stock Island which is a small island just off of Route 1 and minutes from Key West. Upon arrival, we were very pleasantly surprised as we drove through the gate and up to our suite. The place is stunning and very beautifully kept. To say we were thrilled would be an understatement. It's always good when a place is as nice as the photos on their website and this place is definitely just as beautiful as it is pictured... Perhaps even better. The resort is completely furnished with more than you need including a very nice restaurant that serves wonderful food should you not want to cook. Also located on the property is a sauna and a well-equipped gym with a very warm and welcoming staff to answer any questions you may have. The pool and the beach area are very well maintained and furnished with plenty of relaxing outdoor furniture and umbrellas to keep the sun at bay. When we entered our suite, it was very clean and well laid out so that there is privacy for everyone. Each room has access to a balcony overlooking the ocean and pool areas. Comfortable chairs and tables are located on each balcony for relaxing and enjoying the magnificent views and ocean breezes while sipping cool beverages. The bedrooms are furnished with king sized beds that are very comfortable. Both bathrooms are large and contain more than enough clean fluffy towels including big warm beach towels. The "master" bedroom includes a small kitchen area with a fridge, dishes, silverware, a toaster and a coffee maker making it a nice private, self-contained area so as not to disturb others in the morning. The half bath located near the kitchen area was great for our fifth family member whose bedroom became the sofa in the living room which was quite comfortable. It was wonderful that they didn't have to disturb the couples in the bedrooms during the night. As for negative points... The only negative we experienced was the water pressure in the showers. But for us... All the positives definitely overrode this small issue. Some may not care for the Navy's jet aircraft flying over. However, for us, this is the sound of freedom and we totally enjoyed them and spent time trying to identify each aircraft. Our thanks to the staff and all who work so hard to keep this resort so pristine. We hope to return to this resort and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a care free get-away to the Florida Keys. read more

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience. To the person the staff was exceptional. The food was outstanding and the accommodations/facilities are unmatched for the price. It's a short ride to old town, and nicely tucked away from the hustle and bustle. We are delighted to have found such a treasure. read more
