Omg this place is amazing! I only took a pic of the drink cause I was too hungry to think about taking a pic of the yakisoba by the time i got home. I got the veggie yakisoba, which was incredible! I also got the most expensive drink, (I think it was a strawberry mango or strawberry peach The Works). It was hella good and looks super cute! Customer service was the best i ever experienced from either a restaurant or a food truck! I dropped the drink (totally my fault) and they made me a new one on the house! And they even gave me a few drinks while I was waiting! The lobster, shrimp and steak were so tasty it was like having a foodgasm. Veggies were good enough to slap your homie and look at him like what ? The fried rice was enough to give you 2 full meals. Okay Stockton!! More reasons to love the area other than visiting mama bear haha. The team that runs this business is friendly and food portion is more than enough. "But did the food taste good?!?" On point. Ordered the Tokyo steak, chicken and shrimp combo, gyoza for myself(I feel you judging me) and the little one got the salmon. While we waited for our food, there were a variety of Japanese snacks and drinks to choose from, music was playing and the line started to form. Come early! A buddy was raving about this place and I said "fuck it, let's give it a try." When I got out my car, I instantly smelt the aroma of the food to the point my mouth was drooling. Couldn't decide what to order so the chef recommended me to get the Tokyo #1, medium rare steak, chicken and shrimp bedded on top of garlic fried rice. Oh man, oh man. Passing by Pacific Ave., hungry and undecided on what to have for dinner, noted several food trucks along the front of Grocery outlet area. I started towards the end at Ben Holt and noted the first truck, looked at the menu and noted "steps on ordering", had 7 steps and 8th step said "enjoy". Because I was hungry, I didn't want to have to go through steps just to order, and I also didn't bother with that food truck because the person inside didn't even acknowledge my presence, just looked at me and went about whatever he was doing, so I moved on to the next truck - Sukai Hibachi Bistro! Right away I was acknowledged and offered help, and to me, that was the deciding factor that made me want to order from them. I ended up getting #3, the Samurai, which had the chicken and beef, grilled veggies and I chose the garlic rice as well. It took some time before I got my food, but I didn't mind it because it was piping hot and freshly made. I did request the steak be done "medium rare" and that was the 5th star rating I held back on, for the steak was unfortunately well done. Don't get me wrong, the food was delicious, I'm just very particular about my meat. The side salad had fresh greens and the dressing was yummy, wish the container was a bit bigger for the dressing definitely wasn't enough. Would I go back? Most definitely! Recommend? For sure! Now for the owner, I would suggest to start accepting debit/credit cards, for I definitely would've ordered more if you did! I ordered the Samurai 3 from doordash. It came with steak, chicken, and cooked veggies on a bed of rice. I could tell right away that the portions were really generous. The box that the food came in was heavy! It also came with a soda that wasn't mentioned when I was ordering so that was a cool surprise. I also enjoyed the bag that came with multiple mini sauces and a fun little candy. But back to the food; the steak and chicken were amazing quality. Not fatty, very tender, didn't have that rubbery texture that you get with steak at most places. The veggies and meat were perfectly bite sized so you can get a good scoop of meat, rice, and veggies all in one mouthful. I got so full I had to give the rest to a family member.
