Garlic noodles are generally made with egg noodles but these noodles were similar to a yakisoba noodle that wasn't able to pick up any flavor other than oil. Oil overpowered any flavor and there was a significant amount of garlic MISSING! The steak was a bit overcooked, way too chewy. Overall not impressed. Service was also a bit lacking. Came with yum yum sauce and maybe a siracha mayo on the side? Unfortunately the sauce still didn't save it, broccoli was also cooked unevenly. For $25, I expected there to be more garlic. Steak and chicken had a nice char on it and it was served over garlic fried rice. The addition of the mushrooms was also a good call. They give you 2 sauces -a kind of sweet one and a really spicy one. Both were super good for dipping the meat in. I think it was close to $20 for my plate which may seem high for a food truck but if you've been to Domo or Shirasoni then you know this is actually a steal. We got lucky when we went to Stocklandia this week that International Flavors was there. We always get tacos or a burger so decided to try them. Food was delicious...we each got the Hibachi Chicken but also added some Gyoza and Edamame. The edamame is probably the best I've had, don't know what they use to season it but it was great. Chicken had tons of flavor, garlic rice was a little undercooked but still tasted good. Would def recommend them as we will for sure order again if they're there. Appetizer: Potstickers Entree: NY Steak and Shrimp (x2) TOTAL = $71 !! Decided to give this another try because the first time it wasn't memorable, other than the price. First off, they ONLY TAKE CASH APP. Annoying but not a huge deal. The Potstickers were the best thing from this meal, however they still had their downfalls. They looked burnt which is not the most appetizing thing to see and the only crunchy part was the outer edge but the filling and sauce they put on top was really good. My entree came with 6 medium sized shrimp, 10 medium sized cubed pieces of steak, rice and veggies. The shrimp were eh. The sauce on them was good but the shrimp themselves lacked seasoning. The steak was the same, cooked great but didn't taste any seasoning even tho they looked seasoned. The rice had great flavor but had no moisturize. Either it was undercooked or over cooked, almost like it had been sitting in a pan over heat for a while. And the veggies were extremely disappointing. The zucchini was so over cooked, mushy and brown, the onions were burnt and I only got one small piece of broccoli. Ugh so many things to say. Long story short, waste of time and fat waste of money for sorry amount of food. Don't believe pictures cause that ain't what you're getting! lol Yelp and their IG bio say they open at 11. We went at 11 and they weren't there. They drop off the trailer at 1130 and the truck is just sitting there, nothing  going on or anyone around, that's fine we know it takes time to set up. So my husband and I decide to run back home real quick to grab something to do while we wait because we know we'll have to wait for our food to be prepared. We come back at 12, still nothing going on. We patiently wait and chill in the car. Finally got to ordering at 1230; said our food be ready around 1, it was. I was really excited to try this place out because their page looks so good but the breaking point for me was when I opened my bowl and literally the most depressing amount of meat you ever saw. I don't mind paying $$$ for something but not if you're giving that sorry amount of meat.... I felt I had the dry burnt ends at a BBQ. 10 (if even that many) tiny pieces of dry ass thin steak, it didn't even cover the rice. (Felt I could've shoved all those pieces in the tiny 2oz sauce jar they give.) I don't expect a full steak and I know, like in all fastfood, pictures are deceptive but this is insane. I expected more; at least be real with your pictures at that point. Should've known since all their pictures are just reposts of the same stock ones they probably took when they first opened. Maybe I'm just spoiled by other trucks and their portions and process. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ I thought the rice was fine but I like rice soft and almost wet-like. My husband doesn't, he likes his more of a dry grain - so something to note if you're picky about your rice. The portion of rice was a lot - like most places do to fill you up. The shrimp was nice and big about 5 pieces a bowl, cooked well where it wasn't dry or overcooked. The chicken at least covered his rice and was a good amount of meat. The dude was cool, he didn't know we waited as long as we did but said he appreciated our patience which was nice. But I'd rather have fair food than skimpped food and chill vibes lol. read more
