We got a massive tree at a very reasonable price. Customer service was excellent and it had the same smell as the hardware store I used to go to for popcorn when I was a kid. The only down side, and it isn't much of one, is I wish they trimmed the tree when you bought it. When we got home we had to do a little snipping in our apartment to take care of stray branches. If, by chance, you actually get an experienced employee, chances are that you will not see them again on your next visit. Seems to be significant dissatisfaction among the employees. The people in the store are always nice -not always experienced but they try or call for help, which may or may not be quick. I will say, my limited experiences at the monroe store are much better. It appears to be in business for real. Unfortunately, it is far away from my farm.
