I am beside myself. We have been loyal customers of theirs for 8-years. I love to support local business. My young kids were promised two bunnies by my husband and me. We looked all over and decided to look there. They fell in love with two and Rosie (SP) helped us and talked with my kids for a long time and even turned them over and sexed them. My husband went back to confirm they were both males. Yes we were told. As responsible pet owners not in a million years would we buy a male and female. SURPRISE. 7 bunnies a few months later. We had to buy new cages and supplies ($350), have the 'real' male neutered ($75) and clean and raise a total of 9 bunnies in our extra room. When they were eight weeks old we called the grange and explained our demise, asking if they would please take the bunnies. Tiffany (I learned the owners daughter) told us the following week we could take in 4 of the 7. We took in 4. We called the next week and they informed us none had sold, they wouldn't take in the other 2 unless we were willing to give them as 'snake food'. Appalled, I told her I would like to talk to the manager, that this has been a nightmare and an expensive one at that. She informed me she was the owner's daughter and the manager. She said she would make me a little sign and hang it up. So I called back today to see about the extra ones we still have. Terry (Sp) told me they still had the four and they were getting so big they were just going to let them go in the field. In the meantime, my husband took the other two to the humane society, paid $104 and they will foster them out. I informed her that I thought what they did to us was horrible, was horrible to my kids who just wanted two pets, they should keep their word and at least take the bunnies without feeding them to snakes or putting them in a field in 25 degree weather. We have hand fed/held/kept these bunnies for good homes. We are now going to pick up the 4 we originally gave them and pay an additional $208 to the humane society to actually care about these animals. We are beyond disgusted with this grange and treatment of animals and their customers. Was an $800 mistake to do business with them and will never again. On a side note, when I asked Terri if she could PLEASE have the owners call me I was told they were busy with a water leak at their home. Forget the customer of 8-years and a little $800 mistake their employee made with us...AND to top it off we were buying all the feed/hay for the extra 7 rabbits there!! We never asked for $1 out of the $600 (now $800) this has cost us---we just wanted them to take the 7 bunnies from the two 'males' they sold us. Shameful. read more

So went to the market to get some quail food and some quails because doing a learning project with my children on how eggs are made and where baby's birds come from. The kind of things they learn at school but with school shut down you got to teach them somehow. Went in and asked for girl birds so they can make eggs worker said they are not marked as male or female but the ones missing feathers in the back of their heads are girls. So I let her pick out the birds for me. Got them home watched a video on quail sex testing and they sold me 8 male. Called them back asked if I could switch out some of them so I can have female she said call me back after 1:30 I need to talk to my supervisor I called back and she said no we are not switching out anything for you. You know it's pretty bad. you know that people working in the feed store know the difference about the animals that they sell and played off just to push some person that doesn't know as much as they do. What's the world coming to with people taking advantage like this. read more

Graham Hay Market is the best local feed store I've found. When we moved to this farm outside Graham, we figured we'd be driving to Puyallup or Tacoma to get feed for our cattle, hogs, and poultry. What a pleasant surprise! Less than two miles away we get fresh feed (important in a wet environment like Western WA), competitively priced. Owner & staff are a smart, pleasant local family who make helping customers their priority. They charge affordable low prices, usually lower than other suppliers. And when I open a sack of feed from Graham Hay Market, it's always fresh & tasty - our critters love it! I usually don't comment online on behalf of businesses. But I searched for yelp.com specifically to give Graham Hay Markey the best review I could. We moved out to Graham in December of 2010, and immediately started going to Graham Hay Market for our puppies' food because of their close proximity to our house and also because they sell natural dog foods at a decent price. I've since then started buying our guinea pig supplies there as well, and have never received anything less than amazing service. A couple weeks ago I showed up 40 minutes after they closed, desperate for a bag of dog food (my son let me know a bit too late that we were out) and they willing let me come in the store, after hours, to buy the food, and they even went beyond that and made sure it got loaded in my car too, instead of letting me carry it on my own. I highly recommend this store! Oh, and as a little side note, they also offer a 5% military discount. Comes in handy for us, since my husband is active duty. :) read more

I just sent my husband there today to get 2 kinds of dog food. I called ahead and asked them to help him out because he doesn't know what to get or where it's at and described him. He was in and out and said they knew who he was. You can't get that kind of service from big stores. Not trashing those stores at all, but you just can't get that there. The employees here are always helpful and kind. You can tell they love their job. They've helped me get set up for my goats, and I was shocked at all the great brands of dog food they have! This is an easy review for me to write about this business. I have shopped here for years, and really wouldn't buy from anyone else. This is a family owned business, they all work there, and they are the nicest people, and most honest people you could ever meet! They have a great selection, and if they don't have it, they will get it for you. In this day and age, where Customer Service is all but lost, you will ALWAYS find friendly, kind people that know their business very well, and are always very helpful here!! Love this quaint store! I wish this store was in the Tri-Cities! I'd probably work for them and spend my paycheck on all their products. I've know one of the owners since high-school, when the store was only a barn filled with storage! What grit and vision this couple has to transform and resurrect this place into what it is today.
