I called a handful of roofing companies and Audrey with Resistant Roofing was one of the first ones to return my call. I explained my situation that we lived 1200 miles away and the house we were purchasing had roof damage, she personally went over, inspected the roof, and immediately sent over a quote. Upon arriving in Paducah after our purchase the first night we were there it rained quite a bit and the roof leaked. I called and spoke with Audrey asking when we were scheduled for them to install our new roof explaining that the roof was leaking. She scheduled one of her crews to get us under a new roof before the next batch of storms were rolling in! The crew was amazing! They were prompt, efficient, and cleaned up well when they were finished. There was a satellite dish that we requested to be removed with the new roof however, they weren't aware of that and re-installed it when they were finished. One of the crew asked if we were up and running with the satellite and we explained that it was not supposed to be re-installed. They were packed up and ready to leave but they had someone get out a ladder, remove the dish, and replaced the shingles instead of doing a patch job to cover up the holes. The quote was detailed, but when I seen the time and care and workmanship and all the little things that were done and not in quote and not charged for , I knew I was in the hands of a true professional. Thank You Mark I have seen so many projects around my neighborhood and I wish they would have known about Quality Builders. Their contractors didn't go to the end with all the details like Quality, he did what he promised

The contractor that installed it was professional and did quality work. Now for PCHI, I had an appointment set for Oct 9th and Freddie showed up 30 mins late without a phone call. On Oct 25th we dropped off a check for the deposit with them saying everything should be in stock in about 3-4 weeks. Nov 25th I called them being told that the last couple pieces should be in that week. I then called back on Dec 9th being told that they just got word that the pieces will be in that week and we should be schedule the next week but couldn't give me a date. I told them that I didn't want someone showing up without a phone call before hand. Dec 17th the contractor was knocking on my door without a phone call. When I called them I was told that they called and talked to me on the Friday before. I told them to check their phone history because it wasn't me that they talked to. Contractor finished in two days and left final bill at the door. I sent the remaining balance in the next day. The most disappointing parts are no phone call when running late to appointment, never getting a phone call with updates on order, and finally one asking how the install went. Joe Temple
