Charlie's Car Wash provides me a consistent, top-notch level of service each time I come by. Sure, I could do the wash myself, but when time is an issue and I'm going to get the same result, I will pay for the convenience factor. I signed up for one of the unlimited monthly wash plans ($40-ish) and I have absolutely gotten my money's worth out of that contract. I just pull up to the gate, the system recognizes my license plate and pulls up my options, and I drive right over to the entryway. The whole process takes maybe one minute from entry to exit. If I want extras, such as a hand detail, then I am given an option to tag that on to my overall order. The vacuums are free, they are easy to pull into, and there's always one open. You can always add a hand-detail option for $25-ish and I'd bet you would be very pleased with the level of detailed service that is provided! I know that some people can be finicky about who touches their car, but I feel pretty safe that my sweet ride gets treated carefully and mindfully each and every time. No fuss, no muss, and everyone is always friendly. Maybe a monthly subscription isn't in your range, but it's a deal if you are going weekly or more (like me) and gets my full seal of recommendation. She's always smiling and welcoming, which really sets the tone when you pull up. What I appreciate most is that she doesn't treat it like "just another job"--she's attentive and really makes sure the customer is taken care of. For example: she always asks if I need any accommodations, like with my windshield (which has a crack I haven't had time to fix yet). That kind of thoughtfulness goes a long way.

They ran it again, and the bugs were still there. They wiped off pretty easily with my hand so I asked the attendant why the sides were cleaned so hard it knocked my mirrors around but never touched the front bumper His response was "yeah. We know" So after paying for the "works", I had to come home and finish washing my vehicle.

I finally investigated where this was coming from and narrowed it down to the car wash. I pointed this out after my last wash when I noticed it again and they tried to tell me it was something else that was the cause and that their chemicals could not have caused this sticky substance. Two managers verified that there was some sort of substance on my car and that it was not there prior to entering the wash yet the manager said they denied my claim and said it was not coming from their wash. Their corporate office had the same excuse and said it was not coming from their wash and acted like I was a liar and making a false claim. They used every excuse in the book to place the blame back on me. I even took another car up there to test the theory and my other vehicle had it on there as well after the wash. No accountability at all and they always take the blame the customer for everything approach. I will never come back here and have reported the business to the BBB. Save your car and your time and find another wash that won't place blame on you for their sticky chemical substances that get sprayed on your car. It basically ruined my paint job.
