Love this place sooooo much! Hubby and I go about twice a week to get all the kinks straight. Staff are amazing - super friendly and professional! I was referred to Delta by my attorney from an accident I was in back in August 2024. Since I was referred, they worked with me about my availability and how often I could come in for treatments. Since August I've had 2 appointments a week and I just finished my final visit last week. Delta, and their staff are so amazing I'm sad my treatments are over. I always felt so welcomed when I went in for my appointments. Dr.Greg is so so so nice, very personable, and very easy to talk to. Since going, I built a rapport with the clinic staff Kim and Marla. They are the nicest ladies I have ever met, genuinely. They always had a smile whenever I visited, If I needed to vent they always listened and always gave me constructive feedback when needed. Where to start? I have extensive body issues as well as a traumatic brain injury. I came to Delta quite late in the game. It's a location in a mini mall. Don't let that put you off. The parking is free and I've never had to seek it out. I also used the car repair business next to this office with success. I found doctor Ninberg in the "allowed doctors " for workmen's compensation. Of course that's concerning, BUT, this place is a jewel in the sludge. Finding good care is difficult for anyone but Work Comp is nearly impossible. I was nervous of course but desperate because my relapse was a total incapacitating event. I couldn't move, couldn't get up, couldn't talk over a whisper. I was stuck in bed, waiting for help to come. I even peed a little in my bed waiting . Dr Steinhardt ( Old Town) got me approval quickly ( no small fete) and I found doctor Ninberg in an approved provider list.( Lemon Grove ) He has personal experience. He went in to chiropractic after injuries in a sport injury in high school. He really gets it. This office has a person who has Work Comp knowledge, and deals with that system. It is a broken system that doesn't make common sense nor other sense which makes treating patients difficult and the patient ends up looking difficult even if they normally aren't. I couldn't walk, move, or get up when I got there. I left after 6 sessions ( along with 4 massage) able to function in some way. I get several more now and can't afford it otherwise but this office saved me. I wouldn't just refer them to others, I would suggest seeing them as an ongoing part of a healthy routine. I'm grateful. I was struggling with severe back pain I had an ultrasound and cat scan the doctors gave me no answer. I went to see Dr Roost he scanned me with a special machine and gave me an exray . He said my spine was out of alignment and possibly pinching some nerves he used his proadjuster machine to get my spine back in alignment and gave me some maneuvers especially designed for me to do twice a day. I started having sciatic pain when I was 36 weeks pregnant by the time my son was born it was so bad I could barely walk. I could not go up the stairs, up my curb, walk, carry him around, or be the mom I wanted to be. I tried yoga, beat, ice, various stretches and nothing worked. I started going to Dr. Ninberg one week after my son was born and he had cured me. I saw no way out of the pain and was willing to have surgery to get rid of it. I went three times a week for a couple weeks and after the second week was able to start walking up the stairs. Then slowly started to do more.
