He said "How often do you get your body heated? How often do you work up a sweat? You need to turn up the thermostat on your body." I ran up & down stairs until I was sweating buckets, my heart was beating out of my chest & I was nearly fainting....& was getting, thanks to his advice. I had chronic constipation & a lump in my intestines which concerned me because I was gaining weight & thought it might be a tumor & that was why I was gaining weight. I was crying & he was acting like I was screaming at the top of my lungs. He said in a very condescending voice, "I am right here, I can hear you", speaking down to me like a small child. He would also use that insulting tone to say, "OK" in a baby voice. When I told him I had been running up and down stairs for two months, and said that it was a LONG time to be doing it without results, he said "2 months is NOT a long time, you expect results too soon." We argued back & forth like little kids.....yes it is.....no it isn't....YES, IT IS!!!!! When I I told him I was not losing any weight, he said "Are you pregnant?" & I answered, "Do you wanna get slugged???". Didn't Mother ever teach him any manners? When I brought up the hard rock in my gut that was causing weight gain, he suggested that it was a fibroid. I asked what can I do about it? He said that you just leave it in there. WTF????? I said "But what about the weight?". He said in a forceful voice "YOU'VE GAIN WEIGHT EVERYWHERE! It's not a tumor in your stomach, your body is changing!" I was all of 23....& my body was CHANGING????? He said once again in not just a baby voice but in a FEMININE voice "Let's take a picture..." -meaning an x-ray. He thought I such a small child that I didn't know what an x-ray was so he called it a "picture" If you are w woman with body image issues, I HIGHLY suggest NOT SEEING DR. SMITH!!!!!! If your body "changes", his healing ability with magically disappear. He has ridiculously high standards in women & treats women who look less than his expectations like GARBAGE!!!!!
