Stogies is our go to place for Vape. Their juices are the only ones I like and they have a huge flavor selection. The guys at the counter are always super knowledgeable and friendly. It's a welcoming environment for everyone! We're here at least twice a week and their rewards program (5star) is awesome, we get a lot of discounts and are notified if they have any sales going on. This place is alright. The staff is pretty nice and reasonably educated on the products. But I feel like the only thing worth buying there is the juice. Their vaporizers, coils, batteries are DEFINITELY knock offs. That's why it's so much cheaper than other places. And 9x out of 10 the coils they gave me were bum coils. Obviously they wouldn't do this on purpose, but they also didn't care to replace the crappy coils they gave me that would burn out the same day. One time, I went through 5 coils in ONE DAY. That's poor customer service, plain and simple. That was the straw that broke the camels back. It was becoming too expensive and frustrating to continue going there. Now I go to Viking Vapor, I spend a little more on product, but it sure as heck lasts me a LOT longer and if I have an issue it's always addressed correctly or the product is replaced without batting an eye. Not a bad store but I wasn't a huge fan of there juices and most their gear seems to be really cheap the staff is nice and pretty knowledgable. I much prefer the juice and gear carried at Viking vape not saying you shouldn't shop at stogies but if your interested in good vape shops give Viking vape a try read more

I recently started vaping as opposed to using tobacco...some say this might be switching seats on the Titanic, others may say it's less harmful. I will say that in my limited experience, you are better off dealing with a specialty shop if you are going to try this. There is such an unbelievable amount of options...from devices to liquids, coils, tanks, etc., etc.. I was at lunch and noticed Stogies so I popped on in. The owner was present, and apologized for not being "really" open, but was willing to help me however he could. Even though they aren't fully set up, I think they had 120 hand made flavors available? Monkey Bread, Apple Pie, Fruits, Chocolate...the list is extensive. I was able to try anything I wanted, and the flavor/quality was evident immediately. They had everything you would need now, but I know they are getting even more. Looking forward to my next trip. read more

Nice setup for the place. I bought a charger here and it didn't work once i got it home. Counterperson informed me that the battery had to be turned off (5 clicks) to be able to charge. I've been vaping for 3 years, and never had this be the case. So we turned off the battery. No go. Tried three more chargers and none of them worked. She grabs one of the cheap ones with "Stogies" on it. That one worked. For two weeks. I'd not buy anything else here, other than juice, though I've not tried theirs. After two failures in a matter of weeks, I think the hardware is probably knockoff, as it carrioes the "Stogie's" label and looks like eGo/Vision. Vaporesecence and Thanks for Vaping are better stores, with better options that aren't knockoff brands. Obviously, the online reputable vendors will be your best bet if you have the time for it to ship. I'll not be going back to Stogies. read more

I've been to stogies a few times for liquid and hardware for my rda's. They are always very helpful and speedy with service. I give four stars because the prices are the highest in town and the personal aspect is somewhat lacking in my opinion. Their juices are tasty, but alot of them differ in name from the website so I go in and ask for something that looked interesting and they had no idea what I was talking about. I would definitely recommend them to a friend but they are not my go to. read more

Very unimpressed with their lack of customer service. I came in to buy some juice & found there was only one person working. As I entered, I noticed he was assisting another customer with his vape. No big deal. Both looked at me, then continued what they were doing. I was surprised at the otherwise complete lack of acknowledgement by the employee behind the counter. Not a "Hi, I'll be right with you." or...anything. I stood there awkwardly, as they talked about his vape & attempted taking it apart, & chatted with each other about it. I considered just walking out after about 5 minutes of this, but decided to stay & see exactly how long he would just let me stand there unacknowledged. A good 5-10 minutes later, the customer finally told the employee to go ahead & help me. I had wanted to ask some questions because I'm pretty new to vaping, but was so put off by this point that I just told the guy what I wanted off the menu they had on the counter, paid & left. It was a quick, maybe 2 minute, transaction. As a result of this experience, however, they have lost all of not only my future business, but my boyfriend who used to be a regular patron, also says he will not be back. Train your employees better Stogies! Customer service 101: say SOMETHING to the customer when they come in & let them know you're going to help them! read more

I am very dissatisfied and do not recommend this business to anyone. my wife and I have been buying all of our vapor products from Ahh Vapor in San Marcos my wife wanted to try a small smoking and Ahh Vapor didn't have any of them in stock so we went into stogies vapor in New Braunfels they sold usthe Z max that my wife wanted to try and they told us as we were walking out the door if we were not satisfied we had 30 days to return it we got home which is 2 miles away I put the battery in it and started to try to set it for my wife after about 10 minutes I told my wife she was not going to like this it is way too complicated. After only owning it for 20 minutes my wife drove back to the store and they refused to give her money back. They said it was in store exchange only so my wife reluctantly exchanged it for a Vamo 5 however they only had the chrome model in there and she was unhappy with that we went back to the store where we do all of our vapor business and again they came through for us. I highly recommend anybody buying vapor products make the drive to San Marcos and deal with real business people at Ahh Vapor. thanks for reading John read more
