Had received an actual vape as a gift so I'd stop buying disposables. Came to Viking to get juice and some coils and couldn't have been happier! Staff was friendly, picked out a juice for me that I loved and the owner even took my piece apart and showed me how to put everything back together with the new coil. Will definitely be coming back! Price was around what was expected, I spent $40 for the Elysian juice and coil. read more

I order juice online and my shipment got lost, i go in this joint and buy a 60 mil bottle of juice..The cost $28.00 and change? 2 bottles of 110mill each from broke dick is less than these clowns charged for one? If you your in a pinch don't go here, I did a google search and the same 60 mill bottle of yogi 60 mill is $9.99 shipped to your door!! I just returned from shopping at Viking Vapor. I have been a customer since they opened in New Braunfels and have always liked the store. However when I went in today, the employees were not wearing masks nor did they put one on or offer to put one on when I entered the store. I asked about it and was told that masks are not required and that it was up to the owner of local businesses if masks were required. Apparently the owner of Viking Vapor is unconcerned that the hospitals in Comal County are at capacity and the virus is killing thousands of people a day. Perhaps the owner feels the virus is a hoax and does not feel any responsibility as a business owner in New Braunfels to protect their customers and help curb the virus. Whatever the reason, I will not be returning to this store and wanted to put others on notice of Viking Vapor's relatively new mask-less policy. read more

Stopped in today on my lunch after visiting another vapor store in the area and saw one of the employees there with a bottle from Viking Vapor. The shop is kind of in the middle of a shopping that is coming around and re-opening stores. The store was clean, a little cluttered but they've only been open about a month the owner I think named Max said. The store had quite a few people in there when I walked in they seemed to be dealing with a customer issue. While I'm not certain what the issue was, they were calling around looking for what they needed to fix it. The employees were friendly and welcoming encouraging me to come in and sit down. They had a lot of flavors and a good tasting set up. I was helped by both owners (I think), and they understood my need to find a different flavor from what I had and they kept suggesting different ones. I ended up finding a good flavor and they were able to adjust the nic level to what I wanted and even cleaned and filled my tank before I left. That to me was good service because they knew I couldn't taste what I had. Another shop I would visit again. Finally they fixed that customers issue, while I won't go in depth the length they were willing to go to fix an issue they didn't cause spoke volumes of the kind of olace this is. read more

So I live in rockport but was in town for a week and my glass tank broke while I was in NB. Called around and this shop was the only one with my glass. Although I am greatful they had my glass I was disappointed with the service provided. I had my 2 year old in the car and my friend was nice enough to follow me to the store to wait by the car because I don't bring him into these shops and usually at the store in my home town and the stores that I've worked at personally we offer to change out coils, set up new vapes, switch out glass, and even build coils for drippers. These guys sold me the glass I then told them that I was going to change it here because I didn't want juice all over my car so I asked for a paper towel and the two employees returned to the end of the bar to continue their conversation with a friend/ customer while I struggled to pry my glass out and change it myself. It wouldn't have bothered me as much if my friend didn't have to wait for me to get everything done myself. It's just a huge difference from the service I get or even the service that I've offered here in rockport. It's an easy fix though. Good shop and for the most part they were nice I guess. The service could definitely be improved though. read more

ONLINE STORE Their online website is incredibly well designed, and is considerably well coded and organized considering the quantity of flavors offered. Flavor/Juice is organized alphabetically, and allows the option to view up to 100 items per page, you can also sort by price, availability, and popularity. Mixing products such as bottles, pipettes, syringes are not currently available yet, but considering this option was added only a few months ago, I expect to see them available soon. read more

Over charges local people big time. Charged me $165 for what costs around $90 online. They said oh yeah well online sells them cheaper because they buy bigger bulk than we do. That's no excuse. You can't rip people off like that. I told them what I wanted, a good vaporizer that would last and they told me no that I was new to it and needed some cheap little kit. I had to tell the kid no three times. I should have walked out right then and there. Treating people like they're stupid is such a bad way to run a business. I walked in and the place was full of "smoke" or vapor, whatever. My friend and I noticed a kid sitting off at the end of the bar who was a young teenager. Had no place in a place like that. Sitting in there breathing all that in. Just so very unprofessional. I won't ever go back. Planet K and the internet will get my business. read more

It was a pretty decent little shop! They definitely had a good selection and the staff was pretty friendly. Product display could have been much more efficient though. Great place! Really friendly people. Good customer service, it was busy but still got the help I needed. They where very patient in flavor testing because I couldn't figure out what I wanted so I apologized and the manager said no need for apologies no worries! They helped me out great and had really great juice flavors. The house juices that they make themselves are really good as well as a great line of out of house brand juices. Prices on mods might be a little steep but only in comparison to online retail which is understandable but certainly cheaper than the other shops I have looked at!!
