Well, mine was $22.48 when you add in the tip. Honestly, I feel completely taken advantage of, considering that I tipped a generous $10 on the one drink item I had. Total slap in the face. I left the night with a relieved smile, not ever expecting that I'd be going through this later. As a former bartender and server of 18+ years, I do not take customer service lightly at all. I can definitely understand that transaction mistakes can happen--we're only human, but at least have the decency to own up to your mistake and make it right. Have enough care to at the very least, respond to a guest's concern. Don't, instead, try to pass off someone else's items onto another person. That's just unethical and wrong.
