So much to say during my visit to the NCAA Tournament…read more.... First off, I apologize for not remembering names. That's not my strong suit. Humidor: It's small, but everything in stock is top shelf. Well stocked also. Staff is very helpful in finding what you're looking for and making recommendations. 10% off for military, vets, and first responders (cigars only). You can smoke on site, which is getting rare these days. Bar & staff: Nothing short of outstanding. Friendly, chatty (if you want that) and make the best Old Fashioned I've ever had. 3 different bartenders, 3 old fashioneds, all amazing. I told them they need to have a "mix off" for bragging rights. They're considering it. If Old Fashioned isn't for you, very wide selection of top shelf liquor, wine, and beer. Wanna play "Stump the Bartender"? I dare you. They'll know how to make it. Atmosphere: Lots of locals and a few visitors like me. Very welcoming. Told me a lot about the city and made me feel welcome. Definitely not a snooty "you're not from here," vibe. They welcomed me as one of their own. Not a sports bar, per se, but the games were on the one TV, which is fine with me. No kitchen on site. If you need food before your liquor, eat beforehand. Bottom line: My go to place in OKC. Should be yours also. Miss y'all already. Hope to be back soon.

Instantly we stopped in and were greeted by, Monica and Tay!!! and let me tell you they were so welcoming we came to sit at the bar for a couple old-fashioned! Next thing you know, we were eating appetizers and having a few more drinks accompanied by everybody's good vibes and spirit. 10 out of 10 you guys this is what customer service is supposed to be. This is how bartenders are supposed to interact. They answered every question and provided amazing. Suggestions with so much knowledge about the product. We were blown away. We are definitely coming back.

The clothes themselves are top quality trendy and classic, premium materials that glide between your fingers and on your skin as you try them on. Purchase a pair of their fabulous jeans, and have a wonderful tailor made shirt measured and ordered for you at a generous 50 percent reduction! The leather goods in this establishment, shoes, boots, belts, and bags and their shirts, sweaters, jackets, and denim are some of the best I've ever experienced on any of my world travels to London, Dubai, Berlin, Florence, or even Madrid! The attendants are appropriately dressed in everything from business dress to casual, from the offerings in this store and its sister store next door and they all look fabulous! Great service, friendly, professional, knowledgable, efficient, and the whiskey and cigar bar rock! I'll be back soon!

The salesmen working at Q clothes / rye 51 was very knowledgeable about fine clothes and tailoring. so nice to see. I was so impressed by the suits I bought one. I have been wearing oxxford suits for 25 years; still the finest but every now and then you want a nice fun suit that does not cost $3500.00. I was so impressed that the suit i picked out was $895.00 I was shocked at he selection of the fabrics from Italy that was shown to me if I wanted a custom suit made. I am no stranger to custom made suits, from Polo blue blazer , by his Purple lable and oxxford suits. I hope Tulsa will support this store cause we need it Beautiful space, nice salesmen. The crowd was a fun mix, from early 20s to more seasoned patrons. I can definitely see it being a great place to explore with a group, bouncing from one themed space to another. I'm curious to come back on jazz night to see whether it leans more speakeasy than bar. One of the bartenders even shared a bit of the building's backstory: it was originally a house in McAlester, OK, transported all the way to OKC. Apparently it may have once been a nursing home and possibly a brothel. If only those walls could talk!

To make matters worse, I have both my signed purchase slip and itemized receipt in my possession. However, management didn't even bother to respond to my concern. It was an extremely memorable experience due to our friend with M.S. having a flare-up that completely changed the trajectory of our night. Naturally, I was quite coherent and spent a great deal of time tending to my friend. Only 2 of us even had a single drink, and we each have our purchase slips for our $12.48 beverages. Well, mine was $22.48 when you add in the tip. Honestly, I feel completely taken advantage of, considering that I tipped a generous $10 on the one drink item I had. Total slap in the face. I left the night with a relieved smile, not ever expecting that I'd be going through this later. As a former bartender and server of 18+ years, I do not take customer service lightly at all. I can definitely understand that transaction mistakes can happen--we're only human, but at least have the decency to own up to your mistake and make it right. Have enough care to at the very least, respond to a guest's concern. Don't, instead, try to pass off someone else's items onto another person. That's just unethical and wrong.
