We definitely plan on returning, hopefully next year around the same time. We were a group of 37 employees. We used an entire floor, as well as plenty of breakout rooms for group or individual meetings. The kitchen space worked well, we ate a lot of meals there. The location is very convenient, right in the downtown area near restaurants, hotels and more! Thank you again Foundr Space!!! Best, Amelia

The bathrooms, the co workspace and the kitchen are always clean. I've had minimal user error with the free printer that is provided and I enjoy being able to look out and see Pasadena City Hall from afar. Furthermore, the staff have been supportive, energetic and happy to help me whenever I have questions. For that matter Jeremy is THE MAN! Always helpful and always able to solve my issues. I'm very thankful that I decided to move away from working at home and start work at FoundrSpace. Because I really need home to be home and a place to work to feel more like work than a room in my home. I don't think that people have figured that out yet, but I know they will soon and I hope they find this review and find their new work office at FoundrSpace. Anyway, I plan to be here for quite some time, and I look forward to new neighbors that are focused on their businesses and ventures. I just wanted to let others know that this is the place for me and I know it's going to be a great place for more entrepreneurs, start ups and businesses too. Seriously if anybody has any questions, feel free to reach out to me and I'd be happy to answer.

And I liked how they offer lots of little magnify glasses so u can look at the little details in the art they showcased in the gallery. What's crazy is that I got this fun experience FOR FREE :0 (I seen that it's common that they hold gallery's for different media here so idk if those were also free but for the KoG event it was free btw) the only thing I paid for was that poster I wanted that was similar to my fav art piece in the KoG gallery () I definitely recommend coming here just for fun cuz they got some cool stuff :D

Apparently Nucleus expanded and opened a second location in Portland in 2016. [Parking]: Easy and free street parking. If parking is not available on Main St, then there are plenty of public parking spots and parking plazas in downtown Alhambra. [Space]: The space is separated into a bookstore at the front with various art books and a rotating art exhibit (Wicked in March 2026) at the back. All art on display is for sale. The bookstore sells mostly art books (both original works and artwork from specific anime, games, or pop culture) as well as various original greeting cards. Tickets are not required to see the exhibit and admission is free. [Conclusion]: A neat spot to see various unique art prints and a free exhibit. Chances are if you are at Nucleus then you are also here to check out other spots in downtown Alhambra (e.g. grabbing tea drinks or visiting other miscellaneous shops).

And yes, I will sound prissy in some of my reasons. I am a huge priss. Can't say that I like that about myself! Pros 1. Beautiful lofts, with upstairs loft space. (Not just a big box.) 2. Brick walls and exposed pipes. Gorgeous! 3. Laundry w/in units. 4. Good sized pool compared to others we've seen in DTLA. 5. Nicely designed community areas. 6. Easy access to parking. Parking price included in rent. 7. Easy access to mailboxes. 8. Amazing gym, as the owner is a personal trainer. 9. Almost built a restaurant/market on-site. Wish that went through. It may still.. may still? 10. Urth Caffe right around the corner. 11. Gun Range next door! 12. Overall great artsy feeling. 13. Anthony. Insert Shout out to Anthony - He's the man who showed us around. He's amazing. He in himself was a huge selling point! We also got to meet the owner. Nice small community/neighborhood feel. Cons for me 1. Didn't really see many people in walking around the place. It was a Saturday afternoon and no one was using the pool or the community area. Made me feel lonely. 2. Really quiet community. 3. Views outside of windows aren't that great. 4. Didn't like driving up to the place. In the factory part of DTLA. Seems cool, but it felt lonely to me. 5. Refrigerators not provided. (small thing. really.) 6. Kind of pricey for what you get. (but I could also say that for all the lofts we've seen.) 7. Even though it's really not that far from DTLA and Little Tokyo, it seemed like it was.

They take care of the buildings and are on your side, a lot of people stay there for many years and I'm sure the management is a big part of that. The place is quiet and people who live there are nice and friendly. I worked from home and found it perfect for me. The area is great and getting better, never felt like the neighborhood was bad, and the secure parking is huge in downtown.

The space is extremely versatile and provides a lot of options for EQ/Lighting Setups. The tall ceilings and built in rails make overhead strobe or soft boxes simple as well. One huge convenience is that the rolling door provides direct access to the alley for loading and unloading large backdrops. It also allows you to work with natural light if needed. The studio also offers a huge amount of grip equipment, DIT equipment, cameras and lighting for affordable rates if needed. As a bonus, the area around the studio has a lot of great color, texture and settings if shooting outside is desired too. The owner is extremely friendly, accommodating, and easy to work with. There is also great food in the area.

The Infested Nightmare !…read more I was unfortunate enough to have worked at this studio. One of the most disgusting and unsanitary experiences of my life. As soon as we arrived at what appeared to be someone's studio apartment, it was obvious this place was going to be disgusting. I wasn't prepared. Dog hair everywhere! The floors were unswept and had dirt, dust, and crumbs, etc... everywhere. Every surface was filthy. Every table , folded chair, was disgusting. It wasn't until I moved what the owner called "snacks and craft services" ( molded fruit and 4 bottles of water) that we saw roaches scurrying all over the counter top. Baby ones, adults, all stages of life. In the sink and crawling up the walls. IN THE REFRIGERATOR!!!!!!!!!! There was even a roach trap just sitting on the kitchen counter. Filled with dead roaches. Plates , glasses, and silverware were in the sink from the owner's breakfast. The bathroom trash was filled with trash. I made the mistake of opening the trash can in the kitchen, MORE ROACHES!!! There were surfaces that hadn't been wiped down in ages that had roach poop all over them. The fact that this person is aware of their infestation and unsanitary environment and they STILL have the audacity to rent this place and have people PAY to be in this filth is absolutely disgusting and unacceptable !!! The fact that the owner had zero shame and walked around like he was proud to have us in his space blew my mind. He even witnessed production killing roaches and cleaning the counters. Not one ounce of accountability, embarrassment, or remorse. This space was rented for a food photoshoot. Needless to say, no one could eat anything prepared on set. The health department should be notified. Don't shoot here.
