This is my favorite dispensary! I've been to many others and this shop is the best one by far. For one thing I live in Pedro so it's close and there's a discount for locals. They have a number of discounts so make sure you ask about them. It's not a physically large place but that doesn't matter. The people are so very helpful and knowledgeable about product. Daily deals are a steal here. I get wyld gummies for $15 despite them being $30 in other locations. Used to live up the road but now I drive 20 minutes just to come back here. Constant $50 oz deals. $60/oz top shelf deals on Saturdays. 20% edibles on Mondays. Carts go on sale, concentrates, all of it. Pick your own deal is Friday. Service is hit or miss. 80% of the staff is awesome but I'd say maybe two of the guy budtenders aren't folks I want to talk to again. They slowly put plants and decorations in the place so it's really cute going in now. Usually a movie playing in the background. Can't say I go here to ask for help or suggestions though so I wouldn't recommend this for beginners or visitors. Parking is a bit strategic. As recreational marijuana is legal in Oregon and I was visiting for sufficient reasons to seek some recreational pot I decided to check out this local "Stone Age Farmacy". Once I got past the initial pleasure of being able to visit a store and buy my weed instead of try and get some off a guy at a concert who smuggled some random bud in his shoe I tried to assess this store with the caveat that my experience with legally purchasing Mary Jane is limited. Things I liked: A) Their website had a lot of information about what breeds of flower were on offer from sativa to indica and hybrids. The history, typical effects, THC content were all displayed along with leafly linked reviews. B) The staff was friendly and shopping was fast. Covid spacing, hand sanitizer, and masks were all present. C) The pot. I recommend checking out their pre-role menu and either going with a house blend ten pack or a Fuego five pack if you're out of town and don't want to mess with a grinder and gear. D) Prices. A 10 pack of .5 gram sativa was around $25. If you buy on Thursdays, there's a 20% discount on all pre rolls in honor of the "J Day" promotion at the time of this review. Things that could be improved: E) atmosphere and experience. From the plywood door to the Spartan interior the place had a liquor store feel. Very transactional. You go in, you buy your stuff, you leave. A little more experiential elements like decorations, music, etc along with some more elaborate merchandising could go a long way. F) while their website outlined in great detail the flowers they had on offer, their pre rolls menu was a plastic menu on site and the flowers in them were all different from the ones on their website. So I went in asking for two five packs of pre rolls. One sativa leaning called "Titans Fall" one indica called "purple punch" that I had researched on their site and I ended up leaving with different blends that I selected quickly from a different menu on site. It'd be cool if the website included a rotating / current menu of pre roll blends too. G) Little more salesmanship/education. It's been a while since I've enjoyed a joint. Marijuana has come a loooong way. As a novice to this new world, I'd have found it useful if the answer to "how's this flower?" Was not just, "that's popular. Only a couple packs left." But rather, "what sort of high are you looking for? This blend tends to offer x and y while this one z" and so on. When all is said and done, I liked this place a lot. They offer a lot of things from flowers to pre rolls to edibles and they take out of state ID. However, as my experience with modern legal pot is limited so I went with a standard three star rating for now which would change as my experience grows. I filed a complaint with the Attorney General. The advertised Discount of 10% for over-55 yrs is frequently not applied, at checkout. The staff counts on the customer to catch the mistake. Instead of voiding the transaction, the customer is asked to mention it on their next visit, and "We'll take care of you next time." And then they do not. I reported it 3x, and let the other over charges go, before finally telling a rude woman that she lost a customer. read more

It's a bummer giving a one star because usually this place is cool but I'm never going here again after the way I was treated. My husband Robert and I go here a lot and today I went in before noon specifically to get the free 8th with a sixty dollar purchase which is advertised online and in store. The bud tender (Michele) was very rude and didn't even look up from her computer when I entered....even though I was the only one there. I selected buds and inquired about the free 8th before she started weighing things out, to which she replied "oh we aren't doing that anymore". My receipt said 12:03 for the time I paid (which I will post on here). I had asked about the free 8th before noon and before she had even weighed out the buds (which took at the very least three min....which means I asked before noon). In truth I'm writing this review for the free pre-roll they offer when doing a yelp review. I have been to this dispensary several times, 5+. Each time they have a decent selection of flower. Their special 2 for 2 or something like that usually is a seed variety, which I am not a fan of. There was at least one memorable buy from here in my past, it was a blueberry haze and super excellent. Went back twice for that when they had it in. Everything else I've gotten from there was not as memorable of a strain and as excellent of quality for the weed snobs out there.
