Man if you look at these promo dual packs, let's emphasize on dual packs. Dual means two, but as you can see for the last six double dual packs I have purchased have been skimpped. I been paying for two and getting one. I mean if this happens a couple times maybe once or maybe even twice I'd understand, but this has happened to me six times. Six times I open up a product expecting two rolls, but I'm disappointed by getting one. Six times still really! This needs to be fixed. Other than that, the staff and everyone are great and amazing. This dual pack joint situation needs to be fixed instantly, I know it's a mistake but I still feel like I'm getting jipped. I was hired by Essential Torrance to weld and weatherproof two heavy steel doors. The agreed-upon work involved reinforcing the doors, adding extra metal where needed, and installing weather stripping. After I completed the first door with the quality and care promised, I was asked to work on the second door--and I did so with the same high standard. However, once all the work was finished, the manager suddenly changed his specifications. An hour after I informed him that I was done, he sent a new request for a different type of weather stripping. To make matters worse, he inspected the door using a flashlight to look for small pinholes letting light in--a method that's simply not effective for such inspections. You would have someone else flash a light on the outside while you remained inside. When I attempted to remove the already-installed weather stripping that he claimed was incorrect, he started yelling at me instead of discussing a reasonable alternative. For these heavy steel doors, I installed foam rubber stripping because hard rubber would have been impractical--it would have broken over time. Despite completing the work as originally agreed, the manager refused to pay for my labor and materials, demanded I leave the property, and even had security escort me off. A few days later, I returned to collect payment, only for him to call the police. The police advised me to take him to court, noting that his business practices were not upstanding. This response only further underscored an overall pattern of unprofessionalism and unethical conduct. This experience was incredibly frustrating and unfair. I delivered quality work in a professional manner, yet I ended up uncompensated while Essential Torrance got their doors weatherproofed just the way they wanted. For anyone who values professional treatment and ethical business practices, I strongly advise against working with or hiring this company. read more

I got 4 different strains of their in house Paris cannabis 1/8's space walker, Paris, French cookies, each one was really dry and had no resin or stickiness. Not what I expect usually for strains retailing at $49 before tax. There was no taste in the smoke, just tasted like plant material. The joint they gave me was not that great either, it was top shelf with the French cookies. Honestly, if I had to give a value to the 1/8's I bought for $49 I'd probably say they should be worth $25-30, at best. read more

I've been going there since they started and I've seen a lot of changes with the personnel and also the manager.I feel that over the years they care less about the customer more about the business and excuses they have for their high prices is that they're a legal company and they have insurance risk. I don't agree with that for what they're charging us that's too high for what they sell and their attitude.
