The guy working there was cool, knowledgeable about what he's selling. I bought a wax pen off this shop, a badger pen. Pen ended up not working, badger support for some reason didn't believe 3 heavy-smokers couldn't get the pen to work & so just kinda dismissed my case. I took it back to the shop for a replacement. I didn't even want my money back just a replacement. I was given a whole speech just to tell me he didn't want to do it because he'd have to re-organize inventory. I repeat, it's not that he couldn't, he just didn't want to. I called once more to try and get them to do the right thing but they never called me back and so I think this place and the customer service have earned a 1-star rating/review.
