After several months and countless outreaches, the company refused to refund my order claiming "our processing times are backed up at the moment" and to wait another "two weeks." I even reached out to Klarna, the company that the payments went through, and they said that LA Collective had never submitted the requested refund. After three months of zero progress, I finally contacted my bank to file a claim and remove the charges. Once the claim was investigated, I found out that LA Collective never even processed my refund and was holding onto my money. Needless to say, I will never order from here again.
