We had purchased about $4,000 worth of tile(Ashford classic porcelain 10x60" in soft ash am color and bundled 3 per box). Half of the cardboard boxes were destroyed from the weather(tile was fine). Boxes were drenched and fell apart upon lifting. An entire pallet was this way and made it EXTREMELY difficult to offload by hand. Not sure who to blame. Whether it be the store(Floor and Decor out of Lakeland, FL) or Ashford. If we had known the pallet was in this condition, we would not have accepted it(pallet in blue plastic). We would recommend this store for their product knowledge and assistance. But, we would not recommend this store for loading a product of this expense in this condition. See pics for reference.

The new meatal roof was a joke, inspectors looked at it said you basically have a 75 yes 75 dollar roof you paid thousands for and no way it passes inspection. I have photos and videos of Ray and employees working on our home. Insurance co paid him thousands of dollars and we got screwed over! We ended up having to take a loan out and pay another contractor to do what Ray Mayfield was paid to do! We were living with no ceiling, walls, floors or kitchen and this guy has the balls to tell me he has no money to fix our house cause he used it on another clients home yes he said that! We were living in crap while this guy who had no money to cause spent it elsewhere was taking vacations to the Carolina's to visit his grown kids and enjoying him self not giving a damn he was screwing people over! Again don't let the nice guy image fool you! I have pictures, video's and text to this day to back up everything I have said. And to answer why he got away with taking thousands because the insurance company paid him up front in a lump sum instead of increments. I don't know how this guy can sleep at night knowing he screws people over and the work he does do is shotty!

They come to work 2-3 horas a day and 2-3 days per week. The house is full of dust all over. Been cleaning a lot to diminished the dust but since they don't finish with demolition we can not do anything. Been calling and asking them when and they always come with the same excuses. They don't even put inconsideration that my husband is a bed bound patient. Is been a nightmare with this project. We started with the bathroom are and they have not been able to finish that are and they have other areas to work. I guess this will take a month of Sundays to finish this project. The owner, Doug, came out to estimate the project and I appreciated his directness with options and costs on repair vs replace based on solid experience. His guys were there when promised, were polite and worked diligently until the fix was complete. They were fabulous about cleaning up their mess at the end of each day and protecting nearby furnishings. They also caulked my cabinets and replaced the wood floor under my sink. Their prices were significantly less than other estimates, everyone was experienced in their tasks so that the work was efficiently completed. They sub'd out the stucco work and it was a perfect match! I'd highly recommend them and will hope to have them back for bathroom upgrades in the near future.

Ryan was very responsive and came out to evaluate the space and provided a sketch design within a week. Once I gave the word to proceed, he ordered the new rocks and plants. Once he knew when the rock would be delivered, he arranged for his team to complete the work the same day. They did the project in one day, while I and my significant other were at work. The job had to start with Ryan's team clearing out the layers of mulch and rock in all three flower beds. Then they laid down the weed barrier, planted the new plants and finally added the new rock. Ryan also did a fantastic job treating the stone bordering all of the beds. Our neighbors keep telling me they can't believe the transformation and also continue to comment on how beautiful everything looks. Thanks again to Ryan and his team.
