My fault for believing what they said. Bottom line, I believe I could have done the job at 25% of the price. Just hope there's no need for me to need the lifetime guarantee. I paid almost 13k that day and they placed the orders....they said it will be around 8 weeks. I said no problem fast forward weeks they called and said hey good news and bad news . Good news your shower is in bad news we FORGOT to order your master shower. Took about 5 weeks to get that one they forgot to order. I get the showers installed they look amazing now time to measure for the custom doors sent the measurements to handyman and they ordered the glass fast forward another month and doors are here time to install and yet the glass door hits the accent border, they tell me there is nothing they can do and the only thing I can do is but notch my CUSTOM shower... thought we were trying to avoid this hence CUSTOM shower they messed up and now I have to deal with it and hack up my brand new shower all in all a horrible experience

Drove home [60+ miles] and when we opened the boxes, were stunned at the poor quality of the materials and how flimsy everything was. The towel bars literally flex when you touch them, the brackets to attach to the wall were less than 1" across. As we are selling the house, we pray they will hold up until we sell. BURNED. Will not ever buy from this place again.

ABSOLUTELY BEWARE! I installed painted cabinets in May 2021. By Feb 2022 they were chipping. Ever…read moresince, have been trying to work with the supplier and Showplace's rep to understand and rectify the issue. And the problems are getting MUCH worse. The paint literally will peel off if you use gentle painter's tape or even run your soft finger over an edge. It looks as if my cabinets are 20 years old and I am an extremely light user of my kitchen. My contractor and Showplace's own painter who assessed the situation agree it is adhesion problem. But Showplace keeps coming up with one excuse after another for not having any responsibility. They are claiming that mine is a "unique" issue, but now I see reviews on many sites stating this very same experience. There clearly is a manufacturing defect on painted cabinets. And Showplace does NOT stand behind its warranty. It's really disappointing because I love my kitchen overall and the cabinets are so functional. Sadly, if you are in the market for painted cabinets ... buyer beware. I am happy to share details and pictures of what I have been experiencing.

I had Showplace cabinets but into my home and I am toatally disappointed. Before they were…read moreinstalled, my cabinet store gave me one door so I could try to match paint and flooring. The door was not properly stained and the finish had a lot of bubbles in it. I pointed it out to the distributer and he said not to worry, they would fix it after the cabinets were installed. After the cabinets were installed, I found the finish on every cabinet door to be of the same low quality. The sales rep came to my home and took pictures and agreed that he saw the same flaws. He had to contact the company to see what they were going to do to fix the situations and 5 weeks later, even after several phone calls, I have hear nothing. The cabinet construction seems to be of mid to low grade material. My electricians mounted the outlets and switches under the cabinets and found the typical screws they used were too long and went though the bottom board of the cabinet. The cabinet rep happened to be there at that time and told the electrican it was 3/8 inch think. So the electrician cut all his screws down to 3/8 assuming that with the thickness of the metal box, they should not go through the bottom of the cabinet. They stil poked through. He informed me that the bottom of the cabinets were less than the 3/8 inch thickness the specs stated they should be. I am extremely dissatisfied with this cabinet line.

Items were never delivered and the seller was unwilling to follow up with USPS (as USPS requires…read morethe original receipt (not just a tracking number), which I as the addressee did not have, to file a claim). The tracking said that it was delivered, but there was no proof provided by USPS as that it was delivered to the correct address. Again, all of this could have been easily fixed had the seller been willing to take steps to follow up with USPS. And if USPS messed it up, the seller could have filed a claim (the package was insured as stated on USPS website). In addition, the prices are almost double compared to local stores. I only checked after I had place the order. Check Whole Foods, Amazon Fresh, etc., and you'll see. Do not buy from this website. You'll pay more and may never get the items.

After ordering the melter, allowing time for delivery, we invited some close friends over to try it out. The day following the order, I received an email from Sonja at Raclette Corner, relating that there was a delay in receiving the product from Switzerland and it would ship in two days. I replied and asked if it would arrive in time to entertain our friends or whether we should reschedule. Sonja kindly assured us that the raclette melter would arrive on time and asked not to alter our plans. She then followed up by shipping it at the appropriate speed to keep her promise. We have used the melter twice and it works as expected, just like the one's in Switzerland. (It is after all, the same machine made to work at 110v). What makes the raclettecorner.com different is the service! I would recommend this business (and the TTM Raclette Ambience) whole heartedly.
