no stars not one!!!! ... i get a random text about some sort of coupon 2 years after purchasing this back breaker they call a mattress.... i call the sd shop to inquire if that was a real text since it was so random.. and in our day and age....... anyway, talk to tyler.... who gets a little testy that i'm calling to verify.... i get instructions to stop texts.... right after hanging up ... i get a random phone call from dirk kool at beds by design .... wow... are the planets lined up for me today... dirk kool goes on to ask me to rate my mattress... i ask are you calling me only... he says .we are calling customers today.... i ask am i the first, he says yes... this is after 1:30 pm central time... i ask are you gonna call anyone else... dirk replies yes.... but your the first.. and only right now.... i ask what mattress he sleeps on .... he says the loona... i ask how much was your luna ... he says 22,2000 dollars.... i ask 22,2000, he then says 2200... i ask for the corporate number... he says this is it.... i ask for the manager... he says he is it... ... no stars yall.... anyway after being put on hold as he accessess my personal information..... cc numbers tel, name... he hastly says he has to conduct more business today.... i say right you have other customers to harrass ... i call back a second later ... and he stepped out to conduct more business somewhere.... my friends... these types of sneaky petes who have access to your personal information... can do things ... becuase they are immature .... and hold some sort of grudge aganst a select few..... my friends the future is going to be very annoying with this new generation of sneaky sophisticated punks... who have access to our personal information... to all have a great thanksgiving ... this dirk kool , made my relaxation lousy.... which i imagine was his intent..... to bother ... to prank... to take up time.... on company time... to lie .... and then to hide.... not the greatest generation yall read more

I have a friend that bought a bed from this company not long ago. I was appalled by the way her and her husband were treated. They had to have several people from the store come to their home and "fix" the bed. In the end, it still isn't correct. This company calls themselves #1. I would be embarrassed to say that I was a part of this business if I worked there. The staff is not knowledgable about anything and everyone you call to speak with someone about a problem, they push it on someone else and say they don't know anything. Well, they don't lie about the not knowing anything part. The "manager", Todd, is something else. He is very condescending and treats you like you are stupid. Even says to my friend "I know more about beds then you will ever know about anything". Jerk. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! *the ONLY reason they got 1 star is because I HAD to rate to post. read more

I recently received my adjustable bed from Beds by Design, and I am IN LOVE with it! I worked with Dirk, who was extremely educated on the different types of mattresses I was looking at. He was prompt at finding the bed that would best fit me, without feeling pressured or uncomfortable. The best part was being able to design the mattress of my personal comfort, as it's been such a struggle finding just the right mattress with just the right softness. It was one of the BEST experiences I have had mattress shopping. I had originally purchased their pillows, and was blown away by the personable customer service and the comfort of the pillows, that it led me going back for more! We have had our new bed from Beds by Design for about 6 weeks. We couldn't possibly be happier with the bed, but most importantly the fact that BBD stands behind their product and wants to keep the customer happy. We looked at beds from all over town before deciding on our bed from Beds by Design. So many places we went to just wanted the sale and pitched prices. At beds by design they wanted to educate us about the different types of beds, what the bed was made of and why certain beds were better than others..After the education we then tried out the beds with no rush. Great service. Staff is super knowledgeable, and is committed to getting you a good nights sleep. I bought a queen sized "Revolution" from their new Energy mattresses. Big change from traditional coils, but definitely worth it. According to my FitBit I'm motionless about 90% of the night. If you're shopping for a new mattress stop by. They know the questions to ask to get you the best nights sleep possible. And with the Lifetime Comfort Commitment I change my mattress, and only pay the difference in matterials. Love the beds! I have had one for years and I can't imagine how I haven't had more back issues before getting one. I constantly get headaches and when I told them this at the store, they knew exactly what I needed to help me lessen the strain on my neck and back. I have a bed and a pillow from their store that has significantly helped me reduce my amount of headaches. But as he continued to talk to me about the products I realized how important a good bed is. The best part is I basically got to create my very own mattress. Awesome place to get a bed, I bought mine 3 year's ago and I got into a car accident and my Doctor recommended I get a more of a medium firm bed. Purchased my bed here and have been very happy with it. The customer service was fantastic, as is the quality of my bed. Upon delivery, we realized that the box spring wouldn't fit up the stairs so right away they took it back and replaced it with a split-box spring. So helpful! Thanks BBD!! read more
