First off, I'll say that I have never played golf here. This review really is just about the clubhouse and gift certificate purchase I made. The clubhouse is a lot smaller than I expected. It looks pretty standard, nothing fancy, but there were quite a few people eating lunch when I popped in to get a gift. If you want to purchase a gift certificate, go in the main doors and then head to the pro shop off to the left. The pro shop itself is very small and quite cramped. I understand they wanted to make the most of the space in terms of retail products, but it feels like everything's on top of each other, and there's not a lot of room to stand if there's two or more people in line at the cashier. When I told the employee that I wanted to buy a gift card, he audibly sighed and said "oh boy, OK"in a negative tone. Right off the bat, this did not give me a positive impression. I asked him if everything was OK and he just said "yeah I can't really remember how to sell these." His attitude was just negative overall throughout the transaction. He did get it figured out, but it took him a few minutes, and while I was waiting a few people stacked up in the line behind me. There was another employee behind the desk and it seemed like he should be able to help out somehow, but he just stood there and didn't do anything. It also struck me as not the best customer service as if you're coming into pay, I know tee times are very specific and waiting a long time could make you late. read more

I wouldn't call myself a golf athlete in any setting, but as an outsider to the sport I believe this place is quite nice! I was able to attend the driving range with my boyfriend. This establishment was very clean and from what I could tell, well maintained. For how frequently other individuals attend, the grass on the driving range wasn't as beat up as I anticipated. This was also a very reasonably priced activity especially if you are planning on improving your distance and power on the driving range. They also had a very pretty putting green with around six different holes to practice. This allowed us along with several other people to practice their putt at the same time. read more

I LOVE Stone Creek. I've golfed every one of their courses and even as a novice golfer the courses are challenging but not impossible! I've been taking lessons with Drake for a few months now and he's great! Very encouraging and always knows what to tweak to make your hits better. Also the drinks here are top notch. The Bloody Mary is literally one of the best I've ever had. It has to be the "spicy" one. It's really not spicy but they infuse the vodka and it's absolutely delicious! The margarita is also one of the best I've ever had! Again it has to be the "spicy" margarita that uses infused vodka with pineapple and jalapeño but it really isn't spicy. Try them both you won't be sorry! The patio is such a great place to sit and have a drink after golfing a round. read more

The food at the new club house is amazing! I have been a few times and no one in my party has ever not liked their food. It's so good! They also have a beer float that I highly recommend, it's lots of fun! The only complaint I have is that servers and cooks were not wearing masks which seems quite irresponsible especially in the indoor seating area. Besides that though, the new club house is great and very nice and they have some simulators I haven't red but look very neat! Would definitely recommend checking it out especially if you haven't been since they built a new clubhouse read more

This place definitely deserves more than a 2 star rating. I don't think this is a good course for beginners - it is a pretty long course, at least for Omaha standards, and has a ton of bunkers. We played after a significant rainfall in the area and a lot of the bunkers had a fair amount of standing water. If you are going to have a lot of bunkers you better have a better drainage system as I am pretty sure the standing water we encountered today will be there for days. Overall though, I appreciate the nice mix of par 3s, 4s and 5s. The club house is literally a double wide trailer and for the pricier neighborhood in which this course resides- they should amp it up a bit. Stone creek is a course I like to keep in rotation though, I enjoy playing it. read more

DO NOT PLAY HERE. They over book there tee times all day everyday and do not enforce pace of play rules. Finished 9 holes of golf in 3 hours which is unreal. Waiting on tee boxes for 15 mins at a time. This is unreal and needs to be fixed but they're head golf pro is too greedy to spread out tee times. read more

Our group consists of anywhere from 4 to 12 senior golfers each time. After golf we always have a meal and drinks. On 11/15/21 we went into the bar after golf. In the past some of us have ordered the chicken nuggets off of the "Kids" menu since we are seniors and don't eat as much. This day there were two males working the bar. Since there was no waitress, we had to order from the bar. Two of us were allowed to order the chicken nuggets, but two of us were told from the second bartender "Thats for kids you can't order that". I was one of those turned down. As a result I did not eat at all based on principal. Stone Creek only lost $6.00 plus tip. But they will lose more in the future as I will not support the bar in the future. Our group plays many rounds of golf during the year. The one bartender was very rude to us. read more

I like this course because it's wide open and I need open fairways for my struggling game.. Generally you can play a fast round because this is a 27 hole course, although they do have 3 separate leagues during the week. I would suggest visiting their website and submitting your email address for the email string. They have fun outings and send out coupons almost weekly- and a free round on your birthday. This course is really fun and easy to play. It seems to be kept up better with each passing year. It is overpriced but overall golfing is good. The facilities need work, the doublewide clubhouse really reduces the allure of golfing at a decent course. I think that the course is overpriced for this reason and the pace of play. On a slow day you can golf just fine and let some regulars golf through if you are going slow but I have golfed 9 holes in an hour and 15 minutes and been pushed. If the course is busy, you might as well as plan on 18 holes taking 4-5 hours. They always seem to overbook the course- minus one star. Slightly overpriced and clubhouse- minus one star. read more

The only redeeming quality about this course is the driving range (which is the best & biggest in the Omaha Metro) and putting practice area. Don't get me wrong, the course is nice (except for the doublewide mobile home clubhouse) but the way play is managed just makes it a very unenjoyable place to play. They claim a 7-minute tee off interval (should be 8 at the lowest IMO) but they don't even honor their own intervals, and then their smug course rangers drive around yelling at people to pick up the pace! What do you expect if you send a group of four walkers off and then a group of cart riders 4 minutes later?!?!? Invest in a stop watch for crying out loud. Every single time I've played here at the invitation of a friend we're being pushed hard by the following group. Now their starting to punch 8-inch cups in the greens for their shameful Big Cup events. read more

If you pay for two people to play 18 holes of golf and you get rained out, they only credit you back the cash difference between what you would have payed between 9 and 18 holes, they don't credit you back 9 holes which you already payed for. So when you come back to play the 18 holes that you have already paid for, you get to pay more money for no apparent reason. Poor customer experience. read more

I love playing this course (27 holes) whenever I go. Nice greens and fairways and the rough isn't impossible to get out of. Tight fairways compensate for the fairly forgiving rough. But, it is ridiculously expensive to golf 18 holes on a weekday ($41). I would go to this course more often if there were not cheaper courses with comparable quality close by. Great course, but the pricing is a major hit. read more

Stone Creek is a fun course. It is not too long, providing opportunities for birdies. It has a variety of hazards and the greens have some undulation to challenge you. They keep the course nice. Clubhouse is a double-wide trailer so not the greatest facility there but the staff is nice. read more
