Honest review - this practice is clean, kind, quick, flexible, accommodating, understanding and actually listen with the intention of giving results. I struggled with cystic acne for years. I saw Dr. Teri before pregnancy and after pregnancy. I had tried apostrophe(virtual dermatology) and was prescribed Doxycycline, Spironolactone, and tretinion with no luck after some time. I knew it was time to go see Dr. Teri. The moment you walk in you are greeted kindly and with a smile. The office is clean and the receptionists are quick to brighten your day. Seeing Dr. Teri within 5 minutes of explaining my issues she had an entire plan set up and made it SO EASY for me to follow. Within the first month of treatment my skin TRANSFORMED. She quickly provides you with compassion, empathy, information and reassurance of the plan to be successful. It's everything I needed. The office staff makes it easy to schedule appointment and offers multiple text reminders prior to your appointment. As a busy mom, I need that!! I cannot recommend this practice enough. I have had a couple appointments to take care of a few things. I read the previous reviews and took them under advisement. I found the office to be modern and accommodating. Efficient check-in and check-out. My initial issue was evaluated and treated. A follow-up visit required a second treatment to resolve the issue. Having been treated by a PA while deployed overseas with the Navy, I felt very comfortable in being treated by a PA. They are well trained and only perform tasks that they are licensed and qualified for. During my deployment, minor surgery was performed in a most professional way. With convenient Saturday hours, I will continue to seek out treatments with this facility. read more

Took my daughter in with spots all over her body. Saw Dr. Terry and was given a cream for dryness. Ended up in the ER the next morning with her face and body swollen. Was totally misdiagnosed. Then was sent a bill, after the "Dr." was already paid over 130.00 by insurance. Called to see if they would waive the copay and was told they would split it with me. Will never recommend this facility to anyone. read more

I had TruSculpting done by Donna at their office in March 2018. Shortly after the procedure my left leg developed "clumps" underneath the skin. Went back to them for over a year asking why this was happening & for help to fix it. Donna told me & my husband that she had no clue. She claimed to have called the manufacturer for answers but they had no answers as well. Fast forward to April 2019 with over a year worth of visits back to them. Everyone is still scratching their heads. They suggested steroid injections & then laser treatments. Now I am left with a permanent dent in my leg, discoloration from all the steroid shots & the clumps are still there!! Stay away from them!!!! read more

I experienced a great deal of unnecessary anxiety back in 2018 in regards to my skin condition. NOT one skin doctor in the surrounding area could figure me out. They just kept giving me more steroids and creams and my condition just kept getting worse. I totally REGRET not contacting Stone Dermatology FIRST!!! When I called Dr. Stone's office they took me right away and were able to diagnose my condition and treat me immediately AND effectively!!! Seen the stone derm group for 2 months and was in the office weekly at times when my arm was spreading "ringworm", dr. stone WOULD NOT order a biopsy because he was so sure he knew what it was, put me on cream and anti fungal pills the whole time and then when I finally got a biopsy after months it turned out to be nummular eczema. Even when my biopsy results were done on a Sunday and they made me wait until wed to be read. I called everyday and they kept stalling. They are on their time and in no rush for you, they are nice people but it's a Co pay collecting office. Find a different office! read more

My girlfriend bought me a gift certificate to get lip injections for Christmas because I've always been self conscious of my large nose and small lips. I saw Teri PA for a skin issue and had a consultation last year. When I had them done - no numbing cream which I saw people had during my research. It was very painful but I was trying to remain calm. So 2 weeks and 400$ later after the swelling went down my lips look no different. I called to ask some questions and I was told I need to come in. I was given every excuse in the book. I said Kylie lips during my consultation but Teri said I miscommunicated and wanted subtle? I trusted her. Absolutely Ridiculous!!! When I made my appointment they try pushing the PA ( physicians assistant) on me. If I'm paying to see a doctor I want the doctor... I get an appointment 6 weeks out for Dr. Stone and receive 3 emails the day and night before the appointment. When I arrive on my appointment day and time I'm told DrI. Stone is not in and would be seeing his PA No Phone Call! No Email! letting me know the appointment I made 6 weeks ago that would not be seeing the Doctor. TIME TO LOOK FOR A NEW DERMATOLOGIST! I think they should pay for not notifying me 24 hours prior to my appointment the Doctor would not be seeing me. My Time and Gas!!! read more

The office and staff are wonderful, I have been seeing PA Teri Custer for a few years now , I drive a little bit from my home because I find Teri to be one of the most knowledgeable dermatologist, I was seeing another dermatologist and was bothered by a spot on my arm, I met her by chance and got to talking when she told me what she did for a living. I asked her if she could look at my arm (she was so sweet its not normal that I do anything like that), she had me come in to her office and she removed it and I am grateful because is was basil cell! I have never looked back. I just had my first laser on my face a few weeks ago (I have pretty good skin to begin with and I am 55yrs old. I have fine lines around mouth and crows feet and my pores were getting bigger and bothering me..Well, 3 weeks later, every person I run into is taking notice! I have never had more comments of my glowing flawless face! Teri and her staff walked me through every aspect of the laser, and what to expect. everything was exactly as I was told. I have been seeing Dr. Stone for 15 years or so for various skin issues. This includes sclerotherapy (several times over the years) and Rosacia. I drive over an hour to see Dr. Stone because he excels in his field. Extremely knowledgeable and informative. I never feel as if he is rushing me. His staff is very friendly and helpful. On top of it you will be on hold for 10-20minutes waiting for someone to pick your call back up. Do yourself a favor and look for a different Dermatologist. read more

My husband went in to see about a cyst problem. We saw a young PA that talked very fast and offered an antibiotic as the resolve for a CYST problem!!!! Seriously!!! For a $75.00, 5 minute visit, we were given an antibiotic resolve for this (which we didn't take, because what is the point). I know for a fact that there is a special prescription for this problem and we basically left with no solution just like we walked in. We will DEFINITELY NOT BE BACK!!! read more

I went to Stone Dermatology in January 2014 with a basal cell carcinoma present on my nose. I saw a very nice young lady whom I believe held the title of PA. She explained to me the cell could be removed with the scrape and burn technique. I set the appointment and went in to have it done. She performed the procedure and I returned for my next few visits as scheduled. Low a behold in approximately Feb. or March 2015 the cells returned in the same spot. I went in in June this time and was told she would perform the same procedure. I declined that for fear of it just returning year after year and asked if I can get the Moh's procedure done. I was told she couldn't do that and would have to refer me out. I made the appt. for a biopsy only to cancel it after thinking about it. I went to a second dermatologist and saw the actual dermatologist at the office who reviewed the previous biopsy along with the biopsy they performed and concluded it should have been a Moh's Procedure from the beginning. Here's my review. The gal I saw although quite professional was not the dermatologist that owns the practice. Nor have I ever seen the dermatologist in that building during any of my return visits. But yet I got billed as if it were the doctor himself attending to me. It took 15 minutes of waiting to get to the check out desk only to go back and forth for another 8 minutes on what they should charge us for the visit. Finally deciding we must have been trustworthy enough to bill the insurance company first and then mail us a bill for the deductible. Last but by far not least the young lady(possibly PA) was again willing to perform the same procedure on me. This makes me wonder...was it because that's the only procedure you are authorized to do? Not very happy with the place like the two stars suggest Meh. I've experienced WAY better. read more
