They've guided me how to keep my natural tooth as long as possible, never rushed me toward any procedure like crown, root canal or extraction until now when the tooth is really needing to be taken out. Even then, Dr. Jones was happy to refer me to a local surgeon who does sedation which they don't do at Paradise, in case I was feeling like I needed that. Staff are young and inexperienced. Two people "in training" on their first day were paired up to take X-rays and assess patients. What should have taken 5-15 minutes took 2 hours and 15 minutes. No one stepped in to help the trainees. At the end, only after we noted our discontent, did someone say "we are short-staffed". Before that, both days, they blamed their own staff's lack of knowledge and experience on, "they are doctors from other countries". The young girls at the front desk, rather than encourage and praise their "doctors from other countries", protecting and defending them, chose instead to use it against them as faults for being inexperienced and slow. If we hadn't been forced into pre-paying our cleanings after the initial exams, we would never have set foot in this establishment again. Now we are hoping they repay us what they owe, as our insurance covered everything.

Her care was great but the office is overstaffed and they charge now for your "free" cleanings that you are supposed to get with your insurance. I went in to have a cap cemented back on. It came off when flossing. They wanted to charged me over $800 to just put the same one back in!! Thanks but no thanks! I was still charged the $50 + 3% credit (debit) card fee for the office visit (for nothing). I will not be going back.
