I met Dr Jack on a recent trip to Idyllwild. I was in severe sciatic pain. Dr Jack assessed me well and got me walking. He used gentle but firm traditional chiropractic as well as other modalities. I am PCT hiker that hurt his back. When I arrived in Idyllwild I called Dr. Jack and he was amazingly kind and compassionate. I was staying in town with no easy way to get to his practice and for the several days I was in town he drove into town and picked me up for my treatments. That alone was worthy of five stars. Jack seemed to go above and beyond what a typical chiropractor would do. When I have had chiropractic care in the past, they get you in and out within a few minutes. Dr. Jack took his time to chat about my past, my history what I was doing and genuinely seemed interested in my hike and getting me back on the trail as soon as possible and getting me healthy quickly. Jacks office is pretty quirky but not like some bland clinical environment. Jack made me feel safe and comfortable and the treatments made me feel better almost immediately. After two or three days I felt a lot better and much stronger and ready to continue my hike. On top of all of this he shared stories about his life and asked questions about my life and really seemed interested in getting to know me. Mr. Stone is absolutely wonderful. A calming, caring personality and a very effective chiropractor. My girlfriend and I spent the New Years weekend up in Idyllwild and I started our vacation out by severely throwing out my back while picking up my 75lb dog. Best chiropractor in the world. Jack won't send you away without some wisdom and knowledge about your own mind and body. He is very good at what he does. I went today for the second time (first time was back in 2014) with symptoms and pains that my regular doctor didn't have any answers for. I have about 4 doctor appointments lined up over the next month, but after seeing Jack I think I can cancel a few. When he was done with the adjustment, I felt 5 inches taller and 30 pounds lighter. I have know Jack is a chiropractor for years. It took having a 4 day migraine that I could not stabilize for me to trust him with adjusting my body.
