In addition, I wasted my time filling out a new patient questioner online for no reason. Update: They just called me about leaving a negative review and lectured me on their process. However the receptionist fr the first call to schedule was like pulling teeth this was two years ago I believe I went back once or twice but it was not just an off day for the receptionist she is just rude. Just came here to 100 percent recommend Healing Hands. I have been a patient here for over 3 years. I started seeing Dr. Renee when I was pregnant with my first kid and she now sees my entire family (we come every 2-3 weeks) The office staff is amazing and always helpful! As with any small businesses sometimes WAITLIST and not accepting new patients can occur for a period of time but that that is to be expected when the place is that amazing and in this line of work. My favorite thing about this office is that they do not allow for hostility in their work place environment. So when people call in being rude and hostile when a massage therapist calls out sick (out of control of the receptionist hands) and they can't be seen same day and become extremely hostile towards the receptionist, she handles it like a boss. As we adults know being rude gets you no where in life! With that said if you're looking for an AMAZING family friendly chiropractor with Amazing massage therapists (I have seen them all) this is your new go too! Dr. Renee Also sees BABIES (which chiro care is amazing for the littles! If you didn't know, now you know!) I always show up to the office feeling miserable and leave feeling BRAND NEW!
