The results exceeded our expectations. Years of wear, dullness, etching, and buildup were removed, and the natural color and shine of the stone have been brought back to life. Months later we remain pleased with the results, so we asked Frantz to come back and address a couple new areas, the marble floor in the master bathroom and travertine pavers in the outdoor pool area. The bathroom floor was worn much like the kitchen but additionally had numerous areas where the finish was etched, likely from past use of inappropriate floor cleaners. The outdoor pavers which are red toned travertine had a significant buildup of white calcium deposits from continue fountain splash. Both area have been restored to our satisfaction. Additionally, I shared with Frantz that we had inadvertently gotten something on the kitchen island that caused etching in one area, and he took the initiative to refinish it for us at no cost.
