It is right next to an OBGYN office. The waiting area is bright and clean with plenty of seating. They do their forms electronically, so you can sign everything on their iPad. I was greeted and brought back to a room. Kim is my hygienist this time and she was friendly. Everything went smoothly and I was in and out within an hour. The people in this office are some of the nicest I have ever encountered in a doctors office. Not one person isn't kind, inviting, professional, and just genuine. Dr. Stevens is wonderful, he is honest, and such a nice person, his dental assistant is as well, she was quick with the X-rays, didn't make me uncomfortable with positioning or anything, and not to forget to mention the dental hygienist, Hannah. Well when his dentist suggested it was probably time for braces (he inherited my overbite) they walked us right over. And not outside "walked us over" ... they're actually connected inside!! SUUUPPER convenient! We met with Dr. Nima for the first time and as he looked in my son's mouth, within 2 minutes, came up with a plan of how to treat his overbite. I've had braces in my younger days, so I was familiar with some of the terminology however, Dr. Nima made sure to explain every step, every term and never made you feel out of place. The office is ALWAYS clean & welcoming! They make you excited to be there. My son (now 9) has been going to Dr. Nima since he was 6 or 7. He's been going to the dentist since 18 months so for him getting his mouth looked at he's pretty comfortable. They are gentle, they always ask you if you're comfortable, the staff ALWAYS carries themselves with respect and are always such a joy to be around & not to mention, they also have TV's above each chair station when you're getting worked on to keep your child (or you) entertained and not thinking so much about what's going on inside their mouth! I love the staff and Dr. Nima so much. I ended up getting Invisalign for myself back in Feb 2024. Dr. Nima suggested a 10 month plan and my perfect smile would be achieved. Not only did we jump on the ball, I received a discount because my son is a patient there, and that 10 month plan turned into 7!!! I achieved my perfect smile within 7 months because I followed Dr. Nima's recommendation of wearing my Invisalign for 22hours a day for 10 days and then switching my trays. I am sooo happy with my smile (as is Dr.Nima). I know I'll go back and see them because my son is still a patient there but! I'm going to miss sitting back in those chairs, having conversations and catching up with the staff & Dr.Nima.

Ten years went buy quickly and I still hadn't been to a dentist. I began to worry a bit as I had a tooth that had been painful off and on for that whole time. A few months ago decided that I had pushed it long enough and needed to see what was going on with my tooth before it became a real problem. I didn't know where to go and was truthfuly afraid at what might be discovered. I was really afraid I was going to need a root canal. To make a long story short, I went to two fancy dental offices, one in Buckhead and one in Norcross and was grossly disappointed. The one in Buckhead did a thorough examination and then told me I needed $5,000 worth of dental work. I felt like I was at a car dealership, they even had a little office they wanted you to sit in after the exam while they tried to "close" you and actually tried to get me to sign something while I was still in the exam chair, comitting to a next appointment...that was the first red flag for me. They wanted me to commit to $5,000 worth of work on the spot and sign papers to that effect. I told them I needed to think about it and got the heck out of there. The next Dentist was in Norcross and this guy had the approach of being the "cool" dentist, all pumped up on steroids etc. He called me "man" and roughly banged around on my teeth with a piece of metal and after a quick exam said I needed a root canal and to go get one and come back and he's "slap" a crown on the tooth. I had a feeling it was the wrong place for me as soon as I walked in. The furniture looked like it was from a night club and the receptionist was showing more cleavage than a Hooters girl....not really the kind of things I want to see at my Dentist's office....not confidence inspiring in my book. I was becoming frustrated as there a million Dentists out there and I didn't know who to trust and my tooth was becoming increasingly painful and I was getting really worried. I next asked a trusted counselor if he had any recommendations and he said he had a wonderful dentist. He recommended Dr. William Reagin. I called that day and made an appointment for a consultation. I immediately felt at ease in Dr. Reagins office. It was not in a fancy building with a fancy address, the waiting room was not full of blaring TV's and no one called me "man". Dr Reagin did a thorough exam on my tooth and verified without a doubt that the nerve was dead and that I needed a root canal and a crown as the tooth had a crack in it. Neither of the other dentists told me that my tooth was cracked and the first one didn't even say I needed a root canal. It would have been really bad for me if they had put a crown on a tooth that subsequently needed a root canal. I am grateful to have found Dr. Reagin. He is a very nice man who instilled confidence in me that he was correct in his diagnosis and treatment plan. The root canal was a piece of cake, I had no pain during or after and now have a nice porcelin tooth "crown", which looks natural in my mouth. I just noticed today that I no longer had to worry about not chewing too hard on that side of my mouth as I had done for ten years with my cracked tooth and decided to sit down and write this review. Dr. Reagin has been in practice for 50 years if I'm not mistaken. His daughter in law is also a Dentist in the practice. It is truly a family run practice, the likes of which are difficult to find these days. Everyone who works there was just as nice as can be. For the firsrt time in my life I can say that I will look forward to going to the Dentist.

Needless to say, I have found myself a new permanent dental office. I could not have been more pleased with the way his office is set up and the level of care I received. Very prompt service, and was pain free throughout the whole process. He stays very busy, so you often have to schedule months in advance, but it is beyond worth it. July 2017 Update:…read more Today my daughter had three fillings, and I had my crown looked at by Dr. Ross Sholota, Dr. Chris Sholota's son. Dr. Ross just started, and I assume there will be people who are interested in getting someone else's first impression. He made a great first impression on my daughter and me, he seems like a great dentist, and I would recommend him. - - original review below - - I'm conflicted on Dr. Sholota's practice at the moment, but overall, I am a fan. Dr. Sholota is great, as are the hygienists. The front desk staff are very friendly. My concerns come down to dollars and cents. Both in my current job, which brought me to Atlanta, and my previous job, which had us in upstate New York, I had a great dental plan, and tried to find great dentists, regardless of whether or not they were in-network. When I first visited Dr. Sholota earlier this year, all of my family's cleanings were 100% covered by our insurance. The only unpleasant surprises were the cost of my children's fillings. My son's first fillings were two surface composite posterior fillings. My insurance covers up to 80% of the cost, up to $260. However, a two surface at Dr. Sholota's practice is $285.00. That $15 delta per filling may not sounds like a lot, but the $15 from $245 to $260 is only $3 out of pocket. The next $15 is $15 out of my pocket. Before my daughter had her fillings, I called and asked about the cost. They said they could do a pre-auth for future treatments, and if I wanted to reschedule her treatments I could, but that her fillings would be less than $285. Unfortunately, I did not realize that her filings would be subject to a different coverage limit. Those were all one surface composite anterior fillings, covered only up to $194, and Dr. Sholota charges $228.00. Each of those fillings were completely uncovered for the last $24. At this point my wife and I discussed looking at other dentists, but we did have positive experiences with Dr. Sholota, and cleanings were not costing us anything as our coverage did cover cleanings. My wife's next cleaning came with a bill of $47 that we had to pay. The justification was that despite brushing at least twice daily and flossing daily, she needed to undergo the "difficult cleaning" to ensure her teeth were properly cleaned. This lead to a $149 charge for the cleaning with $47 not covered (the separate $58 oral evaluation was fully covered). My cleaning, which was very shortly after this, was just a standard cleaning, but I was responsible for $13. The reason I was given via e-mail when asking about this was, "Metlife reviews/changes their fees once a year and Dr. Sholota does as well." As of this writing, those rates are: $90.00 child cleaning $115.00 adult cleaning $149.00 Difficult cleaning At this point, my family of four, between cleaning and filling charges that were above my coverage limits have cost more than $200 above what we would have paid had our cleanings been fully covered and our fillings split 80:20. Part of that is the "difficult cleaning", but here is the explanation I got around that, "A difficult cleaning is a more detailed cleaning in which the patient has excess plaque/calculus and bleeding. She may not need that type of cleaning every visit but we are unaware until she presents at her appointment." Do I have any complaints about Dr. Sholota's work, or the other people who work here? No. But lack of disclosure around rate increases is frustrating, and a lack of explanation around the different rates and coverage limits for different filling types is frustrating. I had a dentist I *loved* in upstate New York who's pricing was in line with my current coverage limits, and I suspect that if I were to look around, I could find a 5* dentist with pricing inline with the limits of my current coverage plan. The high prices are one thing, perhaps some people would consider service worth the price, but the repeated surprises on unexpected costs are leaving a bad taste in my mouth. I'm on the border between three and four stars, and have decided to leave four stars in hopes that unpleasant surprises are behind me.

Forward me all the necessary paperwork. They walked me through what the initial visit would be like. When we arrived, we got checked in. They showed my son how he would check in each visit if we went with then. Dr Mibab then came out to introduce himself. He said they would scan my son's teeth then we would talk. My son went back for a scan. Maybe 5 minutes later, we went back for the consultation. He explained what would be adjusted to get the smile my son wanted. He explained the treatment procedure and layout of the payment plan. Fast forward about 9 months, we are still happy with then service here. He shows the gradual change to my son's teeth that are taking place. My son is happy with the improvement. We only had 1 communication issues since going. It was addressed immediately and resolved. Good customer service. Dr Mibab said something to me as well about it, which I did appreciate. I would recommend this office. My son is doing a great job with his treatment. I am satisfied with the money I am paying. I will say if you can get double coverage on your kids. We are divorced and it helps tremendously with medical and dental bills! Covid- they have hand sanitizer at the counter. They request just the child or patient enter right now. If they need me, they call me to let me know update or invite me in to show visuals.
