I had a terrible accident which resulted in my cracking four of my front teeth. One of which was almost completely gone. I fell face first into the pavement after my dog, as her leash tripped me up. Needless to say I was in immense pain and scared to death from the look of my face, and lacerations . I immediately started looking up dentists after I finally got myself somewhat together and to no surprise I mostly got voicemail boxes instead of talking to a live person. Then I contacted Dr. Toral's office. She answered and took the details of my incident. She then made me an appointment for later the same day! Again on a Sunday! She immediately got me in, gave me a preliminary exam, and prescribed me medication to help with the terrible pain. She was very thorough and reconstructed my teeth good as new in no time! I will forever be grateful to her and her amazing team for their patience, diligence, kindness, and meticulous work making this experience as pleasant as possible. Thank God for leading me to this place. They have a new customer out of me, as I will continue to go here for my regular dentist work as well from now on. Please if you are looking for a dentist look no further. Dr. Toral and her amazing and super sweet staff are top notch! They take their time with each and every patient. You are in good hands here! I was clearly told that a cleaning and x-ray would cost $199. I specifically asked in advance who would be performing the cleaning and even took the time to check her reviews. But when I arrived, I was told someone else would be doing the cleaning--someone I hadn't researched or been informed about beforehand. I've never felt so uncomfortable or unsettled during any of my dental cleaning in the past 30 + years When I arrived, I was shocked to be told that the cleaning would actually cost $850, plus the $199 for x-rays and examination. When I asked for clarification, I was told the $199 only covered x-rays and an exam--no cleaning included. This is completely misleading and feels like a bait-and-switch tactic. I've had my teeth professionally cleaned once a year for many years, and dentists consistently comment on how well I maintain my oral hygiene. Charging $850 for a routine cleaning + $199 is outrageous and unjustified. On top of that, the staff was rude and dismissive when I questioned the pricing. I walked out feeling disrespected and scammed. I would not recommend TruCare Dental to anyone. This experience was a total rip-off!!

After getting teeth cleaned and convinced to get unnecessary x-rays, then asked to get further consultstion from a visiting periodontist, for a large fee, a bite guard was recommended. We were assured the high and full cost would be covered by insurance and anything over would be discounted, so any out of pocket cost would be zero. A month later we started getting harassing calls from some rude lady at John's Creek Dental Excellence for $75, she claimed was still owed for the non-discounted price. She said that the $75 amount would be sent to collections. I explained the price agreement promised at time of service. She didn't care, and we never received a statement itemizing their claim. So, after spending hundreds of dollars this rude dental office would rather send $75 to collections instead of keeping a family for future dental care. Pretty pathetic. They lost all future care from us, obviously. The owners here are poor examples of what it means to care for a patient. I'd certainly not trust their clinical skills. We won't ever return and will warn our friends and family about the unprofessionalism and lack of care we experienced. Just goes to show that the name of a business on the building doesn't always reflect the integrity of the owners inside.

Years ago I needed to find a dentist and found him through the 800 dentist network as they provide a list of respected dentists for people. Dr. Myers has taken very good care of my teeth for many years, he and his staff are very friendly, especially the front desk lady and Jessica. From my own personal experience I never felt that I was being sold something that I did not need, than again I only visit for regular teeth cleanings and checkups. The prices here are slightly higher than other dentists that I have visited in the past, but I must admit that I like the fact that this office uses the newest equipment. Before coming here, my previous dentist that my family was using, only had old equipment in his office, and after coming here, I see why it is important to use high quality equipment and the newest technology. A good dentist invests in their practice and wants the best for their patients. The people here are extremely helpful and any question that I have ever asked, always gets answered.
