The quote was very reasonable and his timing was perfect! He offered to come and complete the job with less than a week's notice (to meet the timeline I needed for a small get together to celebrate my husband's birthday outside in the yard). We have used 3 other companies in the past 3 years and CP PROPERTY SERVICES was by far the best service we have ever received. The GM, Mike and his team were polite, professional, friendly and went out if their way to make sure we were happy with their service and the results of their work. Mike walked around the house and went over what he was doing and then again when the job was complete. I can tell Chris, Mike and their entire team take a lot pride in their work and that is the type of company I want to do business with. I will continue to use them for years to come!! I also want to note that the friends we had over this past weekend made several comments on how nice our yard looked. We have had neighbors also comment and ask who cleaned our yard. His crew came in and they worked hard , and fast took a few days however they got it all cleaned. I was so impressed I hired them again to come in , clean out the neglected flower beds , re-mulch and plant flowers. I have also used him for plowing / snow removal services. He is always efficient , his crew is always respectful and I have found him to be very honest. Highly recommend this company.

I used them more as a handyman service but I know they do much bigger projects. In any case, they were terrific! I had blinds installed throughout the house and a gallery shelf hung in my living room. Despite a short round of phone tag, I was finally able to connect with Ryan and he scheduled Brian to come to my house a few days later. Brian was on time, super friendly and very professional (plus he was able to chat about football which made me feel much better about having a stranger in my house.)
