When we opened the boxes, we realized that the tile would not work at all with my shower floor. When I tried to return such a small amount, the response was it was a special order. It wasn't more than 60 days, but regardless why would it not matter if it was 30 days but really mattered if it was 60 days. My tile installer assured me that Cactus Tile would accept the return. I would never purchase from a company who is more concerned with $$$ than customer satisfaction, especially for such a small order. Buyer beware. Other companies don't have this issue.

Jake and his service partner were fantastic. They explained the entire process and when their work was complete the grout and the entire tile surfaces looked better than when we moved in. The grout lines are now equal in the same grout color and the tile floor looks polished and brilliant. Jake and his tech as well as NSC are a 10/10. We would certainly use them again and recommend them.

I sent him a few pictures of the missing tile and he was able to find just what I needed.
