We learned the hard way that many companies make big promises just to win your business. In our case, we had over $500,000 in fire and water damage, and it seemed like everyone else was more concerned about their profit margins than helping us. Some even tried to play games with the insurance company by requesting payment for items that weren't warranted. ASAP Restoration was completely different. They were honest, upfront, and transparent from day one. They took the time to review every budget, selection, and step of the process with us, making sure we understood everything along the way. The entire team is outstanding, and Josh, the owner, truly leads by example. He tells it like it is, doesn't overpromise, and works tirelessly to make sure things get done the right way. His communication is second to none,I'd much rather have someone who over-communicates than leaves me wondering what's happening. Our biggest delay wasn't ASAP at all, it was our mortgage company and lender taking their time to release funds. Throughout that entire process, Josh worked alongside us every step of the way, helping us navigate the challenges and keeping the project moving whenever possible. Before the plumber even arrived, three different restoration companies showed up at my door. The strange part? I never called any of them and nobody told me anyone was coming out. I did overhear one of the technicians I allowed in for a "free evaluation" on speakerphone with the plumber asking if a $2,000 finder's fee sounded reasonable. I kept my mouth shut but it definitely raised some red flags. I listened to all three companies separately and then decided to do some serious research online. While some companies have plenty of glowing Google reviews, once you start looking at other sources like Yelp, the Arizona ROC, and the BBB, the picture can look very different. Consider this a friendly warning to homeowners: do your homework. After digging deeper, I was fortunate to find ASAP Restoration. One thing that immediately stood out is that they do not work referral deals with plumbers, do not pay kickbacks, and do not play games with deductibles. They simply focus on doing the job correctly. The team was extremely professional. The mitigation/demo crew handled the water damage quickly and thoroughly, and the reconstruction team has been excellent. We're now about 90% finished with the rebuild and everything is coming together great. I just felt the need to share my experience before heading out for spring break. If you ever find yourself in a similar situation, take a breath, do your research, and call a company that focuses on integrity and quality work. For me, that company was ASAP Restoration.

The team members we worked with deserve individual recognition: Brandan came out first to rule out any active plumbing leaks. Once he confirmed the mold wasn't plumbing-related, he kindly offered to inspect the rest of our new home's plumbing. They were billing my insurance so much that I had to sit and go over everything they had itemized. One was for skylights I don't even have. And when it came to the insurance, I felt like I was doing most the work having to be the go between and try to get their checks. This roof is probably one of the most expensive roofs after it was all said and done for being just shingles. I've not heard from the sales rep in probably 3 months but get a call from their manager the other day pretty much accusing me of not completely paying, when I try to arrange pick up of the remaining balance several times. The roofing crew left nails a debris all over my yard and I'm still cleaning up. My opinion, if you use them. Document everything. I did on this one and feel like it's really going to be important I did.

Our hallway and bathroom were left without a ceiling for weeks…read more Live electrical wires were left exposed and were later tucked back into the ceiling without being properly addressed. The wires were tested and confirmed to be live. This was an extremely concerning safety issue. We had to get a 3rd party electrician come and secure it before continuing to close the ceiling up. Communication throughout the entire process was extremely poor. We had to call almost every day trying to get someone to come back and finish the job. Dan was rude and condescending during our interactions. The AC contractor they sent came out, looked at the ceiling, and left about 30 minutes later without doing anything. During another visit, my ceiling was cracked when he went into the attic. The damage was eventually repaired, but there were multiple charges that were not clearly itemized, so I could not tell whether the cost of that repair was covered by the company or ultimately charged to us. What should have taken around two weeks ended up taking over a month. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company. To make matters worse, payment was sent by check through certified mail. Months later, we were contacted again and told that they had never been paid, despite the payment having already been made. I'm leaving this review because I believe other customers should know about my experience before deciding whether to hire this company. Between the lengthy delays, poor communication, live electrical wires, unclear charges, and later dispute over a payment we had already made, this was an extremely frustrating experience from beginning to end.

Wow! I cannot believe I went to the same business as described in some of these reviews. I didn't even read Yelp before having these guys over, and I'm very glad I didn't! I found them just via google "phoenix couch cleaner" Anyway, this Son and Dad duo left me absolutely satisfied and convinced they are the best cleaners in the valley. My experience started with a very pleasant phone call that was answered by the owner himself. I needed the service done the same day and they were extremely busy and said they were booked solid. Nonetheless, he went out of his way to come out later this evening even though it must have been inconvenient after a long day. Being a broke medical student, he even threw out the small 10$ travel/gas fee. Thank your for that! Marty and his son Danny showed up exactly on time with smiling faces and very a polite, professional demeanor. They went to work immediately and essentially doubled the value of my couch. I had them clean a microfiber three seater and it looks absolutely brand new. My experience was wonderful and without a doubt they will see my business again. I love me some Yelp, but man I cannot believe how different my experience was compared with some of these other reviewers. Despite what they say, I strongly recommend you give them a shot. We were lucky to find Sunshine through a Groupon we purchased. Marty at Sunshine was one of the most professional carpet cleaners we have had in a while! Scheduling was easy and Marty was prompt and even called thirty minutes before he came just to let us know he was coming. We even were able to get an appointment the same week. We had our entire house cleaned. Marty was very careful around furniture, walls, doors, and even had wall protectors to avoid scuffing paint. What I liked best was he made sure the quality of work was up to our standards by letting us check out the end product before he packed up. We purchased our new home in 2020. Although we are very clean, our carpets were getting so bad that we were actually looking to change to tile. We got a quote and found that re-tiling was out of our current budget. A friend referred Danny at Sunshine Carpet Cleaning so I gave them a call. They cleaned our carpets, couches, and recliner. Adopted new puppy from shelter and puppies have accidents. Really needed to clean up these stains and odors. Rented one of those machines from grocery Store....just made it worse. We have used this service twice in the last 4 years or so. Both times we needed carpet cleaning quickly - last minute jobs. Sunshine could accommodate us at the last minute. The cleaning service was thorough and they did a good job getting out stains and overall cleaning. The pricing was a little unclear on the website but we did appreciate the last minute service! He arrived in the two-hour window as expected, having first called ahead to confirm the appointment. Our 2 bedroom apartment was cleaned after about and hour, very efficient. Eco-Clean uses green products- no toxins or harsh chemicals. We have pets and looked carefully for this kind of service. Patrick is meticulous, explains every step of the cleaning process and has successfully removed some "surprise" pet urine presents left after a vacation. The price quote was accurate - there is no up-selling. Eco-Clean gave us all of the information up front before starting the work. It was refreshing that the "story" did not change at all at time of service- we are very satisfied with the estimate and service. Our carpets are new again. I'd recommend and use their services again, especially for regular annual carpet cleaning!
