If you are suspicious like me, you may have wondered if reviews that people post are legit or just posted by the company to get some free advertising and marketing. This is NOT one of the latter. We have never had a company do as thorough a job cleaning our carpet as Danny and his brother, Ronnie, did today. As I told Danny before he left the house, "Do not move out of town! You have a customer here for life." They are fantastic! Those two guys are personable and put their heart in what they do. By the time they left they felt like friends - no, better yet, like family. Danny is who the word professional is meant to describe. He reached out to confirm appointment and arrived right on time. He was very careful with my newly painted walls and baseboards by adding a rubber buffer so his hoses wouldn't damage anything. He also laid down covers on top of my flooring to help keep the area clean. As for the work - he was very thorough and paid attention to detail. The furniture came out like new. The fragrance he uses is not overpowering at all although he does ask if you would like it used or not since everyone has a personal preference. He even asked me to look over everything before he packed up in case I wanted anything touched up. He cleaned a sectional and two mattresses and I will not hesitate to call Danny and recommend him to my friends. Horrible customer service. I left full detail when I had to leave a message. When MARTIN called me back I told him what I needed. When he asked how I was referred I told him Living Social. He told me that was expired. I told him I just purchased it. He told me again that he thinks it's expired. I told him that I just purchased it that day. Then he told me it would be anothe $80 to have it pretreated. I told him he could talk to my husband that day about it. I asked him what time he could come on Friday and he told me he would have to get back to me. I asked him if he would call me back the same day and he said yes. Not pleased with their service. Bought a online deal from them and before purchasing made sure they would be able to redeem in next few days as we were moving. He agreed and gave me a timeframe of 11-12. I waited at an empty house for him and began calling at 1 to find out where he was. He finally showed at 4pm. He finished 4 bedrooms in 45 minutes and was done. I came back 24 hours later and carpets are streaky with the dirt and still very wet at 24 hours later. House now smells musty and gross. Called to advise them of poor service and to talk about fixing it and no return call. read more

Purchased a deal for $89 through living social. It was difficult just to make an appointment. On the day of the appointment I moved all my furniture and he never showed up. Tried calling for about an hour or so and no response. Two days later he called me and said he forgot about my appointment. I'm giving one star for the lack of service we received, our carpets may be clean but I'm quite disgruntled with our clear miscommunication. First I called to make sure my needs could be met as I wanted to get his current groupon deal which was 3 rooms and a staircase cleaning for $69. I informed him that I only needed our small living room space and staircase done, would it be cheaper to purchase the groupon or just go through him. Marty informed me that it would in fact be cheaper to go through groupon and since I did not need the other two rooms he would waive the $15 travel fee. So I said great I will purchase it, I scheduled for the following day at 10. He said he would be there from 10-12 well 10:30 rolls around and still no show. So I thought well maybe he meant between 10-12 I texted him to confirm our appointment and received no response 12:10 comes and still no show. I call when he answers he said I have next week, I inform him that no we scheduled for today. He said oh well I will be there later. Ok, so 2 comes and he finally shows and we have to hustle back to our house. He then tells me that he will be charging me a $20 not $15 travel fee, and that he never said he would waive the fee. I say whatever I will pay it. We decided since we have to pay the fee may as well have our small 5x7 rug cleaned, as it is a "3 room and staircase" deal it should be included, right? Wrong! He charged and extra $25 So bottom line if you want to wait around all day, get lied to about fees go to him. Yea our carpets may look nice, not worth being lied to and continued miscommunication. read more

I scheduled with Marty last minute and he came on time and did a great job cleaning the carpet in my apartment. He was friendly and I was thankful he could clean the carpet in such short notice. Service was scheduled for last week and they cancelled because other jobs were taking longer, with no concern for our time away from work to be at home for the service. Was rescheduled for this week and when service man showed up he increased price to $125. Wow!!!!
