It was an easy in and out and I was able to get the results and paperwork back quickly. More recently, I had a health concern that needed antibiotics and possible further care for. I decided to return and had a wonderful experience. The wait time was a little longer, because it wasn't just the urine test, but I was still able to see an NP, Lindsey. She was kind, helpful and I appreciated her approach when it came to advocating for her patient's best care. Overall, I highly recommend this practice. It is clean, organized and professional. The scheduling is also very simple with online booking right on their website. I hope I don't have to return to an urgent care, but if I do, this place will be my choice! I was never informed of my vitals- whether normal or abnormal. Never told my weight. The MA, Dianna, didn't communicate much with me until I asked. The intern was great and was very friendly and sanitized her hands each time she came into the room. Dianna did not. Dianna did wear gloves though. The physician, Dr. Devesh was underwhelming. As me being a new patient I would have expected her to take time to know me. She was with me for MAYBE 5 minutes. Not until I shared my medical background did she seem like she could offer more respect. She seemed more as if she just wanted to do the bare minimum without engagement. At the end, she did offer me to ask questions however she didn't share which labs were going to be completed or next steps. I reviewed my preliminary chart online and I'm hoping they modify it because as it stands now, there are some inconsistencies and things that did not take place nor were discussed. I requested medication refills and didn't get them. I called the office back by the end of the day and was told that they would be put in but again were not. I can respect my chart maybe not being finalized but prescriptions being sent to the pharmacy can take place without a chart being signed or finalized. The doctor also gave me some weird guideline recommendations on Pap smear screening - saying every ear for three years then can complete every 3 years? Ummmm I had to remind her of current pap guidelines bc I have never heard what she mentioned. Anyway... I could go back for urgent care needs but the staff and physician didn't create a positive impression that made me want this place to be my primary care home.
