It was an easy in and out and I was able to get the results and paperwork back quickly. More recently, I had a health concern that needed antibiotics and possible further care for. I decided to return and had a wonderful experience. The wait time was a little longer, because it wasn't just the urine test, but I was still able to see an NP, Lindsey. She was kind, helpful and I appreciated her approach when it came to advocating for her patient's best care. Overall, I highly recommend this practice. It is clean, organized and professional. The scheduling is also very simple with online booking right on their website. I hope I don't have to return to an urgent care, but if I do, this place will be my choice! So, he was left untreated, but charged $100, just to take his vitals! Called customer service and after 20+ minutes on hold in the queue, was told it was a valid charge. (Escalating the matter would involve making that call again, no other means of communication were available, or so I was told). If you're looking for an urgent care, go elsewhere! We were prescribed an antibiotic and specifically told to complete the full 10-day course before following up if symptoms didn't improve. Unfortunately, after finishing the medication, my child still was not feeling well. When I called and tried to come back in for a follow-up, I was told I would have to pay the full self-pay visit amount all over again. As a self-pay parent, this was extremely frustrating, especially considering this was directly related to the original visit and treatment that clearly did not resolve the issue. It left me feeling like the focus was more on collecting another payment than on my child's well-being and making sure the treatment actually worked. I understand businesses need to charge for services, but there should be some level of compassion and reasonable follow-up care when a prescribed treatment fails.
