This review is based off only my last experience here. I have been here several times and have never been disappointed with the driving range. For this experience, I took the day off of work to check out the range and eat lunch before a long weekend of golf. I noticed on their website that each bay had a computer system that tracked your ball on top of the several options/settings that you have the ability to control. I was excited to check this out since the last time I was here they didn't exist. Unfortunately, only half of the bays had working trackers so I wasn't able to use the functions. For lunch I decided to get a pepperoni pizza. The quality of the pizza wasn't the greatest. It tasted like it was bought from the freezer section of a gas station and put in the microwave to cook. Since it was raining a good amount I wasn't able to use the outdoor range. If you are looking to check out this range on a weekend or after standard business hours you will most likely need to wait. In the meantime, there is a full bar and entertainment system inside that has plenty of seating for you while you wait for an available spot to hit some golf balls. read more

It is now 15 bucks for a medium bucket of basically rocks. All balls are worn smooth and repainted a million times, they fly any and all directions when you hit them. Mats are worn very badly and bays are too close together making it slightly dangerous if you shank one. I live so close to this business and it upsets me how terrible it is. Seems like they haven't invested a dollar in this place in about 20 years. read more

I love this place when it's working which is a 50/50 gamble. If you're looking to use the Toptrack screens to play a virtual round or get distance on your shots be warned, they don't put up signs on trackers that are not working. I went this morning, tried 3 different stalls none of them worked so paid 2x the amount of a normal driving range just to hit balls. read more

Where to start. 1st 90% of the balls are smooth, 95% of the mats are worn so bad that it's like hitting out of an awful divot. Half the top tracers don't work or track right, and the heaters in almost every bay don't work. 1 exit for all the bays isn't exactly safe, windows are busted out and trashy. There is no bathroom if you go in the morning because the bar isn't open. Not one person there if the machine doesn't work. What's worse is if you want to hit in the evening be prepared to deal with drunks who hit one ball every 20 minutes. The owners put a sign up about time in a bay when busy but is pointless. I have been coming here for years (5+), and I was stoked when I showed up on 10/5/18 to find out they have finally replaced/fixed the Protracer Monitors. Ill give it 5 stars (full bar & food/menu) when they fixed the lights that are out preventing the Protracer from working on all balls after dusk. Bay 5 light makes me fell like I may have a seizure & a bunch of the lights facing the range are preventing the Protracer from tracking every shoot after dusk. This range and restaurant pricing is great (100 balls for $12, 65 balls for $9 & 30 balls $5) & could compete with Top Golf with a few updates and changes. read more

This place has taken my card and not dispensed balls 2 times. I've called the number to get my money back. It's an immediate voicemail and no call back. They don't update the website on ball status. So if you live more than 5 mins away there's a 90% chance you're wasting your time. This shouldn't even be called a business. It's a joke. read more

I'm not sure Stonebrook can be beat! Their hours are very accommodating, prices are fair, they have heated/covered stalls and open/grass boxes. The clubhouse offers a decent menu and the full bar glues it all together!! Be nice to the girls behind the bar, they deserve your best!!! read more

Ladies, even if you hate golf, come here with your significant others. It's a driving range with a restaurant/bar attached. I sit here, enjoy the weather on essentially a patio with wine and food delivered to me. When I get tipsy enough I "show off" my mad golf skills. I honestly love this place, and I am not the least bit athletic. When it's hot, your are covered in the shade, when it's cold, each spot has its own heated lamps. It's seriously a win win for date night. Cannot recommend it enough. read more

How is there no system in place to wait on a bay? Let alone during a pandemic. Also, how is this not a fire hazard? 36 bays with 2-4 people at each one all with golf bags & only one entrance / exit? Maybe I missed another? The "system" is walk up & down to see if anything is open & if not just sit behind the bay & wait... They have the technology to tell me how far their terrible balls go, but not to let me know when a bay is open? 5-star facility with non-existent management so it seems. read more

This review is purely for the driving range as I have not tried the food here. Great driving range overall. We came on a coldish day (around 5pm) and it wasn't crowded. They have heated covered cubbies which hold 2 hitting areas each. I would say they have around 10 to 12 of these enclosed shooting areas. In addition, they have outdoor spaces to hit at as well when its warm enough. I loved the fact that we were able to go as a group of 4 people and feel like we had a private area. They also have a full bar so adding a bucket of beer to the mix made it an ideal couple of hours. read more

This place has gone so downhill. The balls are old and worn, very few rubber tees left, and the ones left are mostly broken. Minimal employees to help, ball dispensaries are empty. Don't waste your time and money. There are other places to go. read more

This place is a joke. Range has been closed since early February. It Is now middle of June. The owner clearly doesn't care. Heard from the restaurant, Apparently they waited for months without doing anything because the owner tried to go around the insurance companies. This is the same owner that won't invest any money into the range so I recommend anywhere else but here. The place is a literal fire hazard. There is garbage littered on The floor of the room where they have multiple fuse boxes and timers running. (For those who don't know this is a massive electrical fire waiting to happen) They always blow a fuse on karaoke night because it's too much power. The place should be shut down and the people who own the range shouldn't be allowed to opposite a business anymore. Their refusal to upgrade the range and neglectful actions most likely contributed to the net falling. It's only a matter of time until something else breaks or falls. read more

Sunday morning, the daughter wants to tune up her swing prior to a big school tourney. We were told this place was a pretty good driving range. It is. BUT! I had NO idea exactly HOW great it is. Here's the deal. It's on that stretch of Pearl that looks almost exactly like all those other stretches of Pearl, i.e. soul-less Los Angeles Strip Mall Modern. In short: F'ugly. Which makes Stonebrook all the more impressive. Just a stroll from the parking lot is a really grand driving range, with lights, heaters, and, best of all, electronic ball tracking, so you can watch the flight of the shot you just made, with speed, location and everything else you could ever want. As a non-golfer, I downloaded the app and stood in amazement as my young golfer sent ball after ball into the distance. On my phone. The stalls from which you drive are also artfully and discretely placed about fifteen feet ABOVE the greensward, so even when you skull the ball it still looks kinda like you actually made a decent shot. But wait! There's more! Inside? A fabulous restaurant. Attached to an even more fabulous bar. Behind which works THE most fabulous bartender. Well, it IS Sunday, and I do NOT, in fact, play golf. But do I drink bloody marys? Oh my yes. But strictly one at a time. That's just responsible consumption. So, the rest of the non-golfing group snagged a table on the patio, where we could watch the prodigy drive that thing like nobody's bidness, have a brunch, maybe another bloody mary... Just go here. Simply put, not good. Golf balls have dimples for a reason and what's the deal with your mats? If you're going to force people to hit off of a mat,try providing ones that aren't worn down to the rubber. Also,try mounting the mats so they don't move in your backswing. It's as if the owners know nothing about the game of golf... It's too bad,this was a decent practice facility a few years back... read more

Garbage. Protracer doesn't work not even one shot registered. Ball dispenser was broken. Lights are so dim you cannot even see the ball. Mats are so worn out you sink into them. The lights kept turning off for some reason which is weird. Says they close at midnight on weekends I was there at 8pm and they said their kitchen was closed. The restaurant owner is very rude and obnoxious just because I asked for help to fix the Protracer she basically kicked me out States she was the owner but once I explained my self she stated she has nothing to do with the driving range and she has no idea how to fix the Protracer. Whatever I'm done save your money stay away from this place.. It's not a business waited 15 mins to get a drink from the bar there were only a couple other guys in there all of which were complainting. But the 3 girls who were working was just in the back talking on the phone anyhow stay away. Great driving range. I haven't used the smoking patio or the bat inside yet but even just the driving range is well worth the trip. Automatic ball dispenser makes it even easier to walk in and get some swings in. I go every time I'm in the area with a few extra minutes. You won't be disappointed. read more

Good to read reviews prior to a visit... The (2) five star comments were as if the visitors were overwhelmingly visually, operatively and value pleased. Employees were efficient and polite. The one negative review may have caught a glitch in the machinery and just walked away without having requested assistance. The guy in June of 16 where EVERYTHING was garbage... Sorry, I compile situations, peoples phrases, their language and grammar, arriving at a sum that says that: Hey fella, SHIT like that happens to people like YOU! ! ! or simply, your exaggeration level is that of a child. The fact that a representative from Stonebrook answered here on Yelp, a dissatisfied customer by explaining that their equipment has been upgraded; speaks Volumes! The thought of hitting balls in climate controlled booths with technology the PGA uses and an on site Restaurant and Lounge ? ? ? Yea, I'm in for at least an hour and plan to spend a Uly Grant or better. Should the atmosphere be anything like described by the non-golfing gal who was amazed with the tech while sipping bloody Marys' as her son/daughter whacked balls... Spent the morning there with my family. The place is in great condition and the shot monitoring was very impressive.
