I just spent three days in the hospital because the nurse practitioner there did not diagnose me correctly. So I called today to try to have a follow up appointment like I was told to and the secretary that answered the phone told me that even though the hospital tells me to follow up in two weeks it doesn't really matter that my doctor did not have an appointment till July. I tried to explain to her that I was told that I had to have a procedure done before that and she literally did not care. This is the problem with these corporations now they have young girls answering the phone with absolutely no medical training whatsoever and they really do not care about you. You're just a number calling the phone. Do not use them. I'm trying to find somebody else. Worst customer service ever had and I never ever ever have to go to the doctor. I'm very healthy. But this goes to show that they do not care about you and I have two insurances that pay in full and they do not care. She was totally happy when I said I will go somewhere else and literally hung up the phone on me. We are in the process of calling the patient care advocate now with the exact time and date of the phone call.

Fast forward I upon referral from a general practitioner am referred back to this office for concern of possible enlarged prostate. Able to schedule an appointment relatively quick, I was surprised at that. On my scheduled appointment date. I'm seeing the same doctor I saw three years prior. He starts our visit with. "We never received your PSA results ". I responded my what? He states he requested a PSA test, wouldn't you think. If a doctor makes a request of a patient and the results never come in. That doctor would make contact with the patient? And now said doctor has retired and it's been over a month that I've been waiting for replacement doctor to receive a follow up appointment. This group isn't quick with replacement of retired doctors not communicating with patients with concerns of their health care.

I spoke with a different person after who said "yeah sorry, we can get you in next week" and I proceeded to hear screaming in the back ground, and the other lady came on the phone again saying "sorry, go to another doctors office. We don't want to get covid from you" Like.... are you serious. Also the doctors I've seen here are near criminal. My primary doc and i (at a different office) caught a gastro doc from this office, forge a medical test, faking results. Another gastro did one blood test, told me I'm lying about my symptoms, screaming at me thay I should be in a ward, and "I think I know what's wrong with you bud, it's goin on up stairs in your head" saying as he's shaking his head at me. STAY AWAY FROM HERE unless you enjoy medical malpractice and can afford a lawyer. This place needs to be investigated and shut down, and there needs to be arrests. I am currently building my case and taking these doctors to court. I'm sick and tired of this, I fricken went from 138lbs down to 90lbs in 2 weeks, and they say I'm lying, telling me I was always 90lbs. I'm basically withering away and these morons want to stick to their ego games.

Agreed I should stay overnight for endoscopy, he spoke with Dresnick - I saw him speak to him and even confirmed with a phone call at the end of his shift that Dresnick would do the scope. I was instructed to not eat or drink in the ER all night, all morning. Dresnik sent his PA, Michelle, the next morning who was cold and rude to tell me he was not doing the scope, it wasn't an emergency. His PA said he didn't even know who I was. Complete lie!!!! Then she stepped out to speak to with a nurse about Botox and a new boyfriend. I chose my health over my job when I decided to stay overnight in the ER (cancel important meetings at work) just to have my time wasted by Dresnik and his schedule.

GI issues are super…read moresensitive for folks to discuss, and this man doesn't make you feel uncomfortable or sugar coat anything. His demeanor is respectful and firm, while being very thorough in his work. The practice has two locations, both of which are easily accessible by Rt. 15 and have ample parking. The large waiting room and super clean exam rooms show that the doctor pays attention to patient comfort. He also has a good turn around time for patient appointments, test results, prescriptions, and scheduling procedures.

I find his office to be one of the easiest doctors offices to deal with for questions, appointments, refills or anything. It's nice to feel appreciated from the moment I pick up the phone to when I leave. I highly recommend visiting if you have a GI issue because he is a knowledgable, reliable, respectful doctor and his whole practice demonstrates the same values.
