I am so beyond picky about where I get teeth work and this office is beyond amazing! 1st it's the same dentist every time, he was so patient and understanding of my dental anxiety, made me feel so comfortable , he was super efficient and quick when I got my crown done and he made my crown right there in the office so no having to wait and come back for one, and his amazing top Of the line machine made my crown so customized that it fit perfect the 1st time! it was one of the easiest dental Appts I've ever had The staff is beyond warm and kind. I recently had a a deep cleaning after heavy tarter and gum seperation were diagnosed. My tech was Ce Ce. She was very genuinely concerned about my condition and discussed the procedure thoroughly and how to prevent further deterioration. The procedure went very well. Ce Ce took before and after pictures and ex-rays. we discussed preventative measures and scheduled a follow-up cleaning. I am very impressed by the care I received and will continue to patronize Dr Nathans office even though I now live 3 hours away. read more

My family of 5 have been going to Stoneridge Dental for the past few years. We started going here because they were open on Saturdays which allowed me to get in and out without missing or disrupting my work week. Now, few years later, they don't have appointments on Saturdays and also, their billing and procedural tactics have been changed to always attempt to recommend cleanings, extras, or procedures that are not covered by insurance. What started off a good experience, slowly has become a negative and pushy environment that is centered around billing you for more work, unnecessary work, and not exuding empathy when making dental suggestions. On my wife's last visit to the office for a routine cleaning, she was treated very unprofessionally by the dentist. After the hygienist had completed her cleaning regiment, the dentist came into review the work and made some extremely unkind remarks. He insinuated that because my wife had small teeth, he could give her a more beautiful smile by shaving her teeth down and applying veneers. (She is 31 years old, and has beautiful teeth). In her teenage years, she had braces for 4 years and has had a retainer that has kept her teeth in amazing condition. My wife, taken aback by his rude recommendation that was unsolicited, responded by stating that she has her grandmothers smile and she loves it and is happy about it. After her response, the hygienist apologized and told her that her smile was beautiful and to disregard the recommendation. She had never inquired about veneers, has no interest, and has never spoken negatively about her teeth. I've never been so disappointed by the business practices of a dental office in my life. If you want impersonal and money grabbing procedures to be at the forefront of your dental experience, than go here. If you don't, than literally go anywhere else. Could not recommend this office to anyone that wants to have a positive experience with a doctor that genuinely cares. This is clearly a sign of difficult economic times and it appears that the pinch is being felt from this operation. My advice, book your cleanings somewhere else. read more

Where do I start ? I been having a problem with one of my teeth for years now and I never went to get it checked out . I knew the filling fell out and i just let it go without getting it taken care of . I went to a previous Dentist and he said we have to extract the tooth and wasn't even trying to give me other options and didn't care of the pain I was enduring . So , I googled more places and found this GEM. Dr. Nathan is very professional and he saved my tooth by doing a root canal and a crown . His staff is very welcoming and I love how they greet you when you walk in! Great customer service . Also most places charge you an arm and leg . My kids and I have been going here for several years after moving from Ohio. The staff is so friendly and Dr. Saydyk is the absolute best! I broke my front tooth not once, but twice! He put so much effort and energy into repairing the tooth to look exactly like it did before my accident (down to the shading and layers). Dr. Saydyk is by far the best dentist I've ever been to! On my first visit, he did a thorough examination of my mouth & teeth and explained to me things no other dentist has taken the time to notice. The office staff is extremely nice and welcoming. They help you feel very comfortable and educate you on modern dental practices. I've never been so relaxed at a dentist office. The dentists at Stoneridge have been taking good care of my mouth for nearly 3 years. Not being a huge fan of the dentist (easy gag reflex), I don't dread going to the dentist like I used to. I was glad to find a Dentist so close to home and open on Saturdays. I'm 3 minutes away. How convenient is that? My very 1st visit and I was instantly impressed with the laid back feel I got when I walked in. The staff are very pleasant, and knowledgeable. I even received a tour of the office and history on Dr.Sadyk which was very nice. After meeting him and going over everything, I feel better about the treatment plan that he's come up with. Staff is great. Edgar, the front man, has an awesome mustache and is very friendly and helpful. A while ago, when I was heading out of the country, he hooked me up with a boat load of complimentary dental supplies to donate to those in need. The hygienists are fantastic. I had Kristi for a few years, and then Pam. Both have been very personable and helped me improve my hygiene. On Saturdays, I can take all the kids, and they have multiple hygienists working in parallel. Gets us in and out in about an hour! Dr Saydyk is a swell guy. He coaches hockey, plays guitar, and even livestreams on twitch! But above all that, he's smart and a skilled practitioner. He has his areas of expertise (e.g. sleep apnea, etc), but if you have an issue outside of his expertise, he'll gladly refer you elsewhere. He's fixed issues that previous dentists glazed over. read more

I have been going to Dr. Saydyk for about 10 years at this location. I found him through 1-800 dentist when my old dentist started lying to me. I was honest upfront with him, telling him if he said anything and couldn't explain, I would be getting a second opinion. He has always been honest with me and explains what needs to be done and why. His main concern has always been preserving the teeth you have and I am grateful for that! I have sent both my parents to him, spouse and now stepdaughter. I would refer anyone to him. They always work with you. Today I found out that my favorite hygienist is still there and I could not be more excited! Edgar is a blessing to work out the financial side and the front desk always knows you and has a smile for you! I would never go anywhere else! read more

I originally found Stoneridge while I was pregnant and saw online that they had a couch in the waiting area, my most important concern at the time. I will attest that couch is very comfortable. I was having tooth pain from two cracked teeth from previous dental work I had done less than 6 mths prior. The previous dentist had never gotten my bite right after 3 visits and so I gave up thinking it "would grind down". Dr. Saydyk explained never to do this, ALWAYS make sure the bite is comfortable because cement (essentially) never "grinds down". He repaired the two teeth and got my bite feeling painless and natural on the first visit! This along with the complimentary chapstick for my lips, neck roll, and warm towel for my face left me feeling pretty confident I found a good dentist. On another occasion I was having pain from an old filling. Stoneridge fit me in for a same day appointment and Dr. Saydyk came in on his day off the next morning so I wouldn't have to go through Labor Day weekend in pain. Also got my bite right the first time again. Bam, he earned himself a dedicated patient that day! The office is always clean, the staff is friendly and polite, the scheduling is flexible, and his work is fantastic! Only reason not a 5 star is the first visit I did feel a little "advertised to" for some of the dental products they offer, and Im not partial to unsolicited marketing. Im glad I continued to go, highly skilled quality dentistry is hard to find. read more

Good Evening, I've been a patient at StoneRidge dental for about 2 years (since 2014). My friend recommended this business to me (coming from BrightNow Dental- another place i had a bad experience with --also with appointment). I was happy with the service overall so i also recommended it to my mother. It's not until recently that i noticed the quality of service is slipping--especially when they are running behind schedule. We went in today (7/6/2016) for the 2nd half of the cavity treatment for my mother. We arrived at the office at 3:24 PM for the 3:30PM appointment. We paid up front for the 2nd half of the treatment a week ahead of time as requested (since we didn't have enough time to finish both sides on 6/29/2016). We were told that there was no appointment for us at 3:30pm and that it was on July 23rd. I have the voicemail, business card and email reminding us on July 5th that the appointment is on 7/6/2016 at 3:30 PM. We waited there for 30 minutes at the office as requested and was told that they can't complete the treatment today and offering to refund us the amount we paid in advance. I took half a day off from work for this appointment since Wednesday is my mother's only day off, showing up to an appointment that we paid for ahead of time just to wait at the office for 30 minutes and then walked out with nothing done. This is a horrible practice. This business took money up front and yet can't even keep the appointment as scheduled. This is a waste of time. I were asked once during my periodontal maintenance appointment that why i'm always working.. It's because i don't make the same amount of money you are making. $704. that's about 1- 1.5 week worth of work for some people. An appointment is an agreement between two parties, not only we showed up on time but we also paid up ahead of time.. so for them to just do this to us. This is low and horrible service coming from a dental office that i thought so highly of before. We will not come back here again. Thank you read more

I started going to this Dr. about a year ago. Right off the bat I found him to be unpersonable. I had a few procedures done here and every time he and the hygienist staff seemed to be very frustrated and impatient. The Dr. also tries to push product. When I told them I couldn't afford a procedure that was a few things in one, to break up the cost, I was never responded to. Overall, if you want a friendlier dentist and less deceptive office, I do not recommend this office. read more

I took my daughter to this dentist. He was very condescending and rude. He told me that if I didn't fix my daughters teeth now I'd be buying him a boat in 5 years. News flash, I'm not buying you a boat, EVER. He pushes his own products and then tried to get me to buy into his own Gold plan so i could get discounts on procedures. He lectured us on soda and told me I had to remove it from the house immediately. But interestingly when I was in the financial advisors office there was a mini fridge full of soda. Hypocrite! He was very pushy and rude. Even though my daughter needs some dental work, I'm not letting him do it. read more

I feel so fortunate to have found Dr. Saydyk. My kids have seen him since they were 2 years old and now they are 5 and 7 and they continue to LOVE going to the dentist. Whenever I have had work done on my teeth it is always excellent. He takes pride in his work. I trust his decisions and any recommendations he gives. He has replaced some of my old fillings and they look and feel so much better. It is a noticeable difference. The staff is most outstanding! The BEST hygienist who is always so pleasant and takes the time to really explain things. I've been to other dentists where each time I would get a different hygientist. They are professional, knowledgeable, and very welcoming. I found it quick and easy to get my first appointment.
