I was met with pure hostility. Nelson, the manager, was beyond unprofessional talking over me, defensively rambling, and insisting that all the staff claimed we had finished all of our plates. This was an outright lie. We didn't finish anything because most of it was terrible, but he refused to listen and instead tried to shift the blame. No direct apology, no offer to make things right, just excuses. Very dismissive and trying to get us out. Claimed that they have the best quality in food and service This place is a complete joke.
