Immediately AFTER the pull out, J. Grant told me $1500 for an implant. Pure evil. Don't let that smooth voice fool you. I got health problems right after they pulled my tooth. Don't pull your tooth out unless you need to. Be very careful. Recommended by a friend, I went to see Dr. New in Valley Mills, Tx, & he's worth the drive. I will NEVER forgive Jennifer. I was almost immediately called to the back (waited about 3 minutes). Once I got to the back, I was asked a series of questions that gave the dental hygienist an idea of my dental background and naturally, my fear of the dentist came up. She went out of her way to explain every single detail of what she was doing, why it mattered, and what she was seeing as she did it. Thankfully, I had no cavities so I only received the cleaning but I could not have been more grateful. She was gentle on my teeth and chatted with me about random topics to keep me engaged and at ease. The treatment I received at this office by everyone, from the front desk to the actual dentist herself, was 100/10. I was not prompted to write this review in any way, shape, or form; I am just genuinely impressed at the level of service, hospitality, and hometown feel of this office. I had a problem with my lower denture plate which was causing a sore spot on my gum. Dr. Bryan's…read morereceptionist got me in that very afternoon for an appointment. Dr. Bryan fixed the problem, checked to see if the fit was still good, and told me if the sore didn't heal in two days, to come back. The relief was immediate, and the sore healed quickly. Then, I had a tooth break on my upper dentures, and Dr. Bryan's receptionist again got me in quickly. He was able to replace the broken tooth right in his office--no sending out to a lab, no waiting. Within two hours I could smile again! Neither the sore spot nor the broken tooth was Dr. Bryan's fault. The dentures were from a previous dentist in another town. Dr. Bryan and his staff are kind and caring, and understand a patient's concerns. And my wife was sitting on my right side, with her 6 year old Grand Son sitting on her right side! None of us had any kind of safe positions from the only Front Door)! And yesterday I found out than my regular Dentist had mailed (United stated Post Office) the X-Ray to these new people the day after I talked to both of them! Now, I have had a totally new problem caused by Direct Dentures, Elm Mott, Texas! After my phone call a few minutes ago, they have totally refused to accept me as a patient! Basically, because I stated that they all needed to go to a Class to study ''Respect'' toward people/patients! Her and Ginger the hygienist took great care of me and the office staff was very helpful explaining the upcoming procedure as far as the financials were concerned. The dentists and staff are professionals I really am happy here. Who said going to the dentist can't at least be decent if not fun. LOL.
