I have never had a dentist that was a bold face liar trying to cover up the damage he did. He even told me when he placed it in that the crown was sitting too high. Not only was it too high, it was too big. I was having another issue with it as well from the time he placed it in. These concerns were dismissed. He struggled to get it in. Its really sad when you put trust in people like this and they take no accountability. Now that the damage is done he wanted to send me to orthodontist to pay more money. I can see why their overall rating on here is a 2. These people need a lawsuit. Im going to get a second opinion and go from there. I am taking myself and my family elsewhere where people actually care. As I said it's all cookies & cupcakes until something goes wrong. I would mention his name but I don't believe in smearing somebody's name but if my second opinion on what he did by a trusted dentist proves he was in the wrong, I most definitely will seek legal advice. I am very disappointed. I found out 6 months after surgery when…read more i went in for my implants to be exposed that i only had the bottom 2. They had not placed the 4 upper implants when i had my original surgery. Big mistake on their part. So I had to go back in and be sedated again for the 4 upper implants. So to date my journey has taken over 14 months and i still have problems eating. I even had 2 xtra implants on bottom cuz my dentures keep rising up so that they r not secured to implant. i have gone back every week sometimes twice. When i leave they seem to fit. Next day or 2 its back to the dentures not staying secure. Since January of 2021 I have witnessed at least 3 different office managers and numerous dental techs and even Dentists being replaced. The original Dentist is no longer there. I wud love to do it all over, i would not use DDS. I am going back AGAIN today so they can adjust my dentures to fit secure. I cant keep this up. I think I will have to resolve I wasted over $14,000.00 for dentures that dont work!!! I am reporting them to BBB. Check out reviews. You will have to dig to find the negative reviews, but u will find a few. She called back to see if they came in, nothing Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's, and now Valentine. They are blaming everything on COVID. That is no excuse. I am not her daughter but she raised me. Mind you without the top she is eating only soups. She is loosing weight and didn't get to enjoy the holidays with family. So I call yesterday and I know the laws for HIPPA as my husband was Chief of Police. I just wanted to check and see if they could refund me and they could not tell me I can not talk to them they just hung up. And this was an Angela and she told me she was Management. I was almost immediately called to the back (waited about 3 minutes). Once I got to the back, I was asked a series of questions that gave the dental hygienist an idea of my dental background and naturally, my fear of the dentist came up. She went out of her way to explain every single detail of what she was doing, why it mattered, and what she was seeing as she did it. Thankfully, I had no cavities so I only received the cleaning but I could not have been more grateful. She was gentle on my teeth and chatted with me about random topics to keep me engaged and at ease. The treatment I received at this office by everyone, from the front desk to the actual dentist herself, was 100/10. I was not prompted to write this review in any way, shape, or form; I am just genuinely impressed at the level of service, hospitality, and hometown feel of this office. I will absolutely be coming back.

At Dental Station I have made multiple trips, they took their time with different try ons to make sure they fit correctly. I don't live in Waco but I do not regret the drives I had to make.
