I have dealt with Stonewood Products in Mashpee twice. First time - ordering the cedar floor for the outdoor shower. After some delays and shipment to the other location had to return it anyway since the quality was quite poor. Second time - asking the quote for the materials. I worked with Maureen Johnson to place a flooring order for an addition to my house, and while the experience started off promising, it could not have ended with more disappointment. After shopping around several vendors I decided to move forward with Maureen's quote because she promised to get a particular white oak flooring, specifically with lengths up to 10'. While the lead time and price quoted were longer and higher than ideal, I thought it was worth the wait to get the product desired. After waiting 5 weeks for the flooring Maureen finally tells me that the 9&10' boards are not available, and I'd have to wait an additional 8 weeks if I wanted the product she quoted. I elected to accept the shorter lengths as delaying my project another 2 months was not an option, with the expectation that I would be refunded for the product I never received. Maureen then tells me that there will be no refund whatsoever for the longer length boards I never got, which carry a substantial premium to the cost/ft of the overall order. Downright criminal behavior in my opinion. Bottom line is these people cannot be trusted to live up to their quotes. Avoid at all cost. read more

awful experience ! I have filed a BBB complaint and am currently in the process of a criminal complaint. Stonewood provided the wrong flooring to our new build even though the flooring boxes were all LABELED the color we bought and paid for, our installers didn't notice the color difference until 2/3 of the house was complete. Sronewood didn't care at all and simply told us " once floor is installed you accept the product". well we did accept the product when we saw it installed on 2/3 of the house but when the lowest floor ( kitchen and living area) was installed we noticed the error ! at that point we had no choice as 80% was laid! they won't even respond to our communication. I would say stay very far away from this company ! after spending 18,000.00 with them, I'm so very disappointe! read more

I've been coming to this place to buy most of my materials for home renovation and literally spent well over $100k at this place. They are completely let down by their customer service. None of my experiences have been pleasant and the women on the desk are just awful and I've no idea why they haven't been fired already. I will never come back this place, it's a disgrace. read more

Ordered a fire pit and 3 weeks later never heard back. Called in May and order had been all set for weeks. Called day before to make sure everything was all set and when we arrived was told the Mashpee location did not have the inner ring. Had to drive another 40 mins to another location for it. After ordering. Flooring months ago I was told it shipped to Alaska. I had to wait weeks to finally be told it would be shipped to my home. Weeks went by and when I called the manager, Eric, had left the company. It is now almost a November and I ordered the flooring in July. They keep passing the buck with no accountability or responsibility from anyone. read more

This company literally does not deliver (pun intended)!! Can you believe a business in the northeast is not prepared to deliver if there's precipitation??? We had been waiting for an order of wood flooring to be delivered. There were many problems completing the order as they are out of one thing or another. Finally, the call comes that our much modified order has arrived and we make arrangements to be home to accept delivery. After more than an hour past delivery we called and were told it would be even later in the day. After waiting the entire day Stonewood calls to say the delivery can't be made with the rainshower and not the next day either because it called for rain. Had we know all of the difficulty Stonewood would have on an order and delivery we would have gone elsewhere or, had they informed us up front of their problems, we could have alerted our contractors and been more prepared.
