Just yum. Every pizza I've had here has been awesome. They offer different seasonal specialty pizzas every week. And you can make them any way you want. The atmosphere is homey and super fun. And guess what, the beer is just as good. read more

This is more than going for a pizza, it is a total experience. The pizzas are unique both in names and in flavor combinations that change weekly. The fixings are all locally grown and you get to see your pizza baked in one of the three wood fired ovens that dominate the real working farmyard area. Beer is brewed on site and is surprisingly good. We got a brief brewery tour while we had the short wait for our pizza. While we ate, a few friendly chickens strolled by just to make sure crumbs were not left on the ground. This is a must do "Summer In Wisconsin" experience. Agree with the other two reviews that the Pizza's are great. We try to get there early, around 430-5 PM to avoid the rush. While it only takes 3 minutes to cook in the huge wood fired oven, there is sometimes a wait as long as an hour if the weather is nice and a huge crowd shows up. But is is a friendly place, lots of great people, This is a seasonal place. Oven is outdoors. They open late in the spring. Usually only cook on Friday nights. Close down for the season by November. Call ahead if not sure. Much of the items are grown, raised and processed right on the farm which is organic. read more

We go to Stoney Acres for pizza every Friday that we can during the Summer. Amazing pizza cooked on a wood fired oven that is located literally a stone's throw from where the ingredients were organically grown, what's not to love about that! The menu changes each week based on what's coming ripe on the farm at the time. It is always unique, with things you might not expect to see on a pizza, like fresh Ramps and Beets in the Spring! There is usually an hour wait for your pizza after you order but the wait is part of the experience because it's a true old-time farm social event. Everyone sitting outside on the lawn, or if your lucky in the vineyard, having a cold beer chatting with friends so who cares about the wait! You can only order pizza up until 8 PM but they stress you are welcome to stay as long as you want. This is a working farm, so parking is where you can find it, which will be along Rangeline Road most Friday's if you arrive after 6:30. Bring your own chairs, plates and beverages. Then just sit back and enjoy a pizza that is equal to the best you can get anywhere and a very unique dining experience. read more

My family and I had a wonderful time here. We enjoyed the relaxed and laid back atmosphere. My daughter enjoyed exploring the farm, and the pizza was very good. The ingredients were fresh and local. They grow and grind the grain for their crust right on the farm we were told. We were visiting from Milwaukee, and it was a nice surprise. We'll definitely be coming back when we're in the area. read more

We drove up from northern Illinois and arrived around 4pm. Toured the farm and vegetable greenhouses. Fresh vegetables, pesto, eggs and honey for sale. Pizzas started at 4:30p. We had four different ones...all superb!!! Five stars really doesn't even explain the entire experience!!! Last Friday night in two weeks. We will be back next Spring!!! Pizza Night under the stars at Stoney Acres Farm! This CSA has a side line business that I learned about last month My wife and I decide to take friends out to the farm Friday evening/night for pizza. It's a working farm north of Athens. We parked by the barn and ordered pizza: fabulous. You have to BYOB and we decided to bring a salad and desert too. We ordered our pizza pies in a little hall they have in an out building. (There are some tables set up inside the hall but most people sit outside where there are approximately 8 tables.) Then we stepped outside. We got a table on the grass near the pizza oven and proceeded to eat our salad, enjoy the sounds and sights of what I might best describe as a farm garden party: kids running around, people talking and laughing, the cool night air of an autumn sunset in Wisconsin. Well I digress: we ordered two pizzas, $19 each. You can get each half a different pizza. Here's what we had and I rank them from most excellent to very good. 1. Sweet potato pie: their own tomato sauce and cheese blend topped with poblano peppers, roasted sweet potatoes, and bacon. - Divine! 2. Autumn Evening: A winter squash sauce topped with bacon, apple, red onions and sage - perfect sweetness with onion. 3. 5 Veggie: Peppers, onion, garlic, kale, tomatoes - an organic dream. 4. Spicy sausage: spicy sausage (Yes it had a big kick to it!) with Hungarian Hot Wax peppers. I thought it very good but one or two people thought it too spicy. You can get classic sausage. I learned that their last day this year will be Nov. 2. read more

Great pizza! They now have 3 stone ovens so the wait time has been cut down quite a bit. Just bring your own beverages or purchase there and enjoy. Seating is limited so bring your own table and chairs. Always a good time. Try to get there a few times a summer. read more
