We got the last parking spot in the back lot and the guy that parked next to us was like I've never seen it this busy! We walked up to the bar area and the line was to the back of the building. We got menus in line so we knew what we were going to order. We got a couple beers and three sodas. They were out of root beer and water but the kids found other things to drink. The waiting system really could use some improvement. The poor servers running around yelling names and looking for people was rough. I felt bad for them. We waited about an hour and a half for our two pizzas. I will say they were really good. I liked they you could customize them. We ordered the meat and heat but only put the heat on one half. We also ordered one of the other specialty pizzas and that was great too. I love that they have a true farm to table experience. I also love that they make their own cider and beer. I would come back, hopefully on a slower night!

But before the cheese curd endeavor, I had ordered a scoop of ice cream which was darn near the best I've had in a very long time - so good it rivals my ultimate favorite frozen custard. I forgot the exact flavor name of ice cream, but it was a peanut butter chunk chocolate.... Also, this "scoop" of ice cream I requested was not merely a scoop, it was more like a bowl! Also picked up a variety of meat, summer sausage and meat sticks. Never can go wrong here. Highly recommended if you're within an hours drive! Funny thing to add is my work colleague was with me - he did not grow up in Wisconsin and never had fresh cheese curds. I had been talking about squeaky cheese curds before we had been here and he gave me the crazy WTF look when I was trying to describe them. They have a variety of drink types not just coffee. They even sell pastries! The woman who took our order was very nice and super friendly. The building did feel a little stuffy, but it was a warmer day. I'm excited to try some other menu items and would definitely recommend people to stop by.
