Konrad and Olivia came, gave him an IV, he felt so much better and could keep food down which helped him recover so much quicker. Anytime we are under the weather or pre/post travelling we ask them to come. They are both the nicest people, and so caring. When I text them, they respond right away and slot me in for the same day and are always on time. I can't say nicer things about Studio Med. They are truly the best.

Clean office, convenient location, and great service!…read more I called ahead to make sure that I could get a walk-in appointment for what I needed to be seen for. The person on the phone notified me that they were open and able to take me as a walk-on. The check in process is a little bit confusing, but the receptionist was awesome and explained that we need to enter some information in the self check-in kiosk and then wait out in the car to fill out the rest of the intake form on my phone. The wait was only about 5 minutes before I got called back in. I felt bad because she was repeating the same information over and over again to everyone who walked in due to confusing signage and message on the kiosk screen. I entered the designated room and was promptly seen by the MA, Tamika. She told me she had taken my call before. Tamika took my vitals and discussed with me my options. She took time and care to make sure I was getting the type of tests and services covered by my insurance so that I would not be hit with more charges later on. I really appreciated her effort to double-check this with me because I have been hit with surprise bills and charges due to staff error at other urgent care centers around this area. After a moment, the NP, Melissa, came in to explain more information and about what time I should be getting results back. She answered any questions I had and let me know how to access information from my visit. This location was a little bit on the small side, but the office was very clean and well-decorated. I imagine the wait time could get pretty long during peak time, since they seem to have about 4 exam rooms. However, the whole process-- from check-in to follow-up with results-- was very smooth. I was so impressed by everyone's courtesy and professionalism. I hope not to need the services of an urgent care, but if I do, I will definitely be going to the Levittown GoHealth clinic.

Medical assistant Jamie was very nice & took her vitals & Information regarding why she was here. The PA John was awesome. & Advised us of some critically information for the future . He Gave Hailynn her first oral dose since her allergic reaction was pretty severe... Sent in an Rx . We were in & out & properly treated. This is one of the nicer urgent cares in the area. I would recommend this one over another one but ... I won't say which one. but it was worth an extra 5-10 minutes of driving & stupid traffic!

I can't believe this place is even open to the public. My daughter went there with clear symptoms…read moreof an upper respiratory infection only to be turned away and told to take DayQuill. Woke up the next day much worse only to go to another Doctor who then prescribed the proper antibiotic to treat this type of illness. I put a call out to the clinic today to get some information and let me tell you, they couldn't give a hoot what happened and talked to me like I was a child. Even worse than that. Do not go here. You are better off going elsewhere. Just look at the review and you will see why.
