Even over time they never got any better. It always felt like she never genuinely cared and just tried to see me as quickly as she possibly could. She would constantly talk to me in a very conceded, condescending manner, was very cold, and made me feel dumb for expressing my concerns or asking any questions. She would also roll her eyes whenever I experienced pain during my exams... I am now 21 years old and have finally gotten an answer for the issues I had been having (and expressed to her) ever since I was 15/16; I was recently diagnosed with stage 2/3 Endometriosis and had my laprasopic surgery about a month ago. My Endo symptoms severely started around 15 years old, and whenever I would express my concerns regarding them to Dr. Tuchman she would gaslight me, tell me "you're fine it's just your period", "everyone has bad period pain", "there's not much else I can do", "take tylonel", and just didn't seem to care about getting to the bottom of my serve pain at such a young age. I will NEVER forget this one particular appointment where she was judging me and even started to lecture me in front of a nurse in training for having marks on my chest, telling me that "whoever did this to you doesn't love you. this isn't love". Please keep in mind I was 17 years old. It makes me sad to think that I could have been saved of years of pain (and fearing the gynecologist) if a doctor believed me and took my symptoms with as much seriousness as I did. We also always used to have multiple issues with the insurance, waiting extremelyyy long to be seen, and the girls at the front desk were not the friendliest. She honestly just totally ruined going to the gyno for me at such a young age. I was already nervous enough with it being my first time. When I tried going to different doctors I was genuinely so scared- and quickly realized that it should be a comfortable and friendly experience, where no questions are dumb and I can speak up about pain. I have finally found and been with an amazing gynecologist who takes her time with me during my exams (40 mins minimum), makes me feel extremely comfortable, assures me that there's no such thing as "dumb questions", and takes the time to talk with me; she is so sweet and personable and genuinely caring! I wish I could go back in time to 16 year old me and never step foot inside this office and find a doctor who would have taken my pain seriously and just be nice.

They are nothing short of rude. The final straw for me was last month, I'm sitting in the waiting room and a couple nurses are behind the desk, talking very loudly. Everyone in the waiting room can hear them with ease. They begin saying horrific things like, "I hate doing the old ladies..like I want to look at your old gross vag***??!" I was absolutely appalled. It was so sad to see numerous older women in the waiting room cross their legs and look down in shame, obviously embarrassed now. If you have an issue, they take you in right away and everybody is so pleasant from the front desk to the doctor. She is a genius, Ivy League medical school. Yale grad. But also super sweet, compassionate, friendly. She takes the time to explain things to you. And really listens when you talk. She is busy, but never rushes. I am undergoing IVF and very glad I found someone like her. Finding a good gynecologist OB/GYN is far in view between these days. Even the staff is very on top of things. They call you back with your results, call you back if you leave a message. Highly highly recommend. If IVF works, I could not trust her more to deliver my baby.

The nurse checked-in with me multiple times, and I felt extremely comfortable right off the bat. She was also willing to answer questions without making me feel rushed - which can be difficult to do in such a busy office! Staff is so considerate and really takes the time to explain exactly what to expect for each procedure. They are very clear and informative, while also being personal and caring. Since I have had contact with two nurses, my doctor, a nurse practitioner, an ultrasound tech and the front desk/administrative staff, I feel I have interacted with enough staff to promise you, you are in great hands here! Even over the phone, I never feel rushed - they are willing to do whatever it takes to not only put you at ease and answer questions, but to do whatever is necessary for your health. The environment is extremely clean and I have never waited more than about 10 minutes. The only reason I did not rate a full 5 stars is because it is difficult to get an appointment and, in my experience, was once told the schedule wasn't "out yet" for the next month. The schedule, once "out," seems to fill very quickly (but I hear this is the case with most OBGYNs anyway). I also asked for a copy of test results, specifically not to be mailed and I would instead pick it up, but it was mailed anyway, although they agreed to call me for pick-up. They do not hand you your results/information requested right away and I had to wait for my request to be processed which was a little frustrating as someone who likes to keep on top of all my own medical documents. These are small complaints in comparison to the excellent level of care - 100% recommend them to anyone!

I trust her implicitly with our care. She is caring and attentive, and makes me feel like I am the most important patient to her-even when there is a full waiting room.
