The bookstore section is nice as well, with a small selection of books and pretty typical prices, but it's fun to look around. At the time I didn't question it but later I found out the opposite was true. Larry Watson, Valerie Biel, and Doug Moe wrote stunning reviews of the book. I'm a real author. Doug was willing to do an interview at the store but I was told no. I had a book signing at the Pinney Library with Doug Moe interviewing me with a reader. Local bookstores should support all local authors. I'm a profilic author who deserves to be recognized.

I had purchased a board game but had to email them to cancel the order before they would ship it. I received an email from them two hours later that they canceled without any issues! The second time I contacted them, it was for a pre-owned item that I purchased that came with at least 15+ expansions (Too Many Bones EVERYTHING) and the only thing that wasn't accounted for was a missing dice (which I would say is pretty good all things considering). I've seen many times on Reddit of people who had a missing component and that Noble Knight Games have inventory/stock of missing parts/components which they can send replacements to you. Unfortunately they didn't have the dice that I was missing, so they instead issued me a partial refund which I was fine with as the bundle was still worth it value-wise. There weren't big elaborate hoops that I had to jump through to be made right, and I can just tell they want their customers to be satisfied at the end of the day and not feel to be made like we're lying. They're now my first stop to buy pre-owned games because not only do they have really competitive prices, but if I'm missing any components, I at least have a peace of mind knowing their customer service is second to none.

Instead I gave it 5 stars for its customer service. They will look for any book or comic you are searching for. They have told me to purchase particular items from specific larger stores when they could not match a sales price on an expensive book. Finally, they are very knowledgeable about the topic of comics, SF and Fantasy as well as book selling and publishing. I also confess that I prefer, whenever possible, to deal with small businesses and 20th Century Books definitely fits into this category.
