I hate that I can only give this place 1 star! This is the worst slop shop on the Southside. The service is some of the worst I have ever experienced. The girls who work there are disrespectful, rude, and belligerent. There is no ambiance since there is nowhere to sit for a dining experience. Therefore, the ambiance focuses solely on how you are treated by the staff. As for the food, it's ok, again, for a slop shop it's ok, but because of all of the other issues with staffing, I will never ever visit here again! read more

I decided to come here on 1/13/24 and try their chicken based off a video on Facebook advertising them and the positive comments that followed. The prices are super cheap for a good amount of food. This used to be a Seashell fast food restaurant. They conveniently have a drive thru which was great because it was so cold that day so I appreciated that. My order was the 30 piece legs and thighs with lemon pepper (it comes with fries), a strawberry lemonade and a mango lemonade. The young lady cashier who took my order was pleasant and very friendly so that was a big plus. I was anxious to try the food. The lemonades were pretty good, the mango was the tastier of the two. The chicken was a pure disappointment. The drumsticks were the smallest drumsticks I have ever seen in my life! But, the main issue was all of the chicken were way too salty to the point of not being able to eat it. I had such high hopes for this place. I paid a total of $34.13 which is an excellent price for all of that food but all of that goes out the window if you can't eat and enjoy the food. I don't think I will be coming back but again, I will say, wonderful customer service. read more

This place continues to raise prices and lower the quality of food, I switched over to their fried fish since their wings shrunk to half the original size after yet another price increase. Now the catfish filet specials is now called fish fillet. They appear to now be serving Swai fish which has a different taste and texture. Taking my business to a more reputable establishment. read more

Had the lunch special 2 piece catfish fillets so delicious hot just wished it came it with bread, I had the Mac n cheese and too me it was super very close to being salty and I also had the medium strawberry frozen lemonade and it's not worth paying $5.99 for you can get it at ba-ba for cheaper and with more flavors, I had the fries as well nasty from being fried in catfish grease. The reason I am giving this establishment one star in solely based upon the fact that my husband and my 4 pc legs. The customer service is fine but the checking for quality really needs to be tightened. The legs they gave us looked as if the came from Cornish hen's! Then on one of the orders the forgot one of the legs so it was. 3 pc. Do better please! read more

I ordered a gyro and the meat was burnt and the bread was hard. It was so hard that I could not bite into the sandwich. I called and told them that I could not eat my food due to the terrible condition and asked if they could deliver me a new sandwich. They did not have a driver so I had to pick it up with my one year old. I arrived to the restaurant and the ladies behind the counter did not notice me immediately because their backs were turned and they were disengaged. When they noticed me I told them that I was there to pick up a new sandwich. The sales woman made a gesture for me to give her the previous order so I put it on the turnstile. She placed the new sandwich in the turnstile and said 'here you go.' I never received an apology or anything for the inconvenience. I will never ever eat here again. read more

I had a terrible experience with customer service at this establishment. I was trying to add to my order before reaching the window, but the young lady never came back or responded. So, I asked about adding my order when I got to the window. Instead of politely telling me that I had to come in or go back through the drive-through, she was rude and nasty. I also asked for a cup holder, and she snapped, saying "We don't have none!" She didn't have to be so rude, but she was. Not only did she slam the drive-through window in my face, but she also cursed at me and gave me the middle finger several times. I responded with the same energy. When I asked for the manager, she did not want to get her. But when I spoke to the manager, she was polite and kind. She also gave me the owner's information. The restaurant is not listed with the BBB, but I still reported this to the BBB. This behavior and service is unacceptable. If a business does not respond, BBB will make every effort to obtain a response from them, but some businesses choose not to respond. Order food for 2 for 11.99, order was wrong. Manager came up to fix the problem with food but then the employee called me a dumb ass. Manage said she just a teenager. First they was on their phones when I walked and had to wait for to get off, this probably the reason my order was wrong. read more

the service was good the 20 pieces for 10$ was real good just had feathers on it still sadly. the chicken tacos were not seasoned and neither was my Philly steak it was very dry. overall 4/10. season your food better read more
