Ordered the fish and chicken combo, and I could tell it was fresh and served hot. This says a lot, as the place was crowded on a Friday evening, and they were still able to give me fresh food in a timely manner. Went back a couple days later, and they only gave a handful of fries and small wings. If I would've had a consistent experience, I would have given this location 4 stars. One of the best Shark's location as far as food quality in the Chicagoland. The only thing is that they purposely leave the phone off-the-hook. I live very close and always have to come in and wait versus picking up. USUALLY I come to this site every Wednesday for a large Tilapia fried well. Yesterday I waited over 25 minutes for my meal and when questioned after 20 .minutes cook had just put it down. Although the food was very good, the wings were small and I ordered 30 wings but when I got home and started serving them up, there were only 24 wings. I called and they told me if I come back they would give me ten. I told them I couldn't come back that night because it was already late and I didn't have a ride.
